Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Playa Chacmool

This is Top 5 Airbnbs I've stayed in! Pablo was there for check-in and did a walkthrough, which was very helpful! There are a *ton* of amenities so it was nice to be made aware of everything. They've really thought of everything from the renter's perspective and what could be needed, top tier! It's in a private location so I felt very safe and it was very peaceful, both inside and out. I stayed on the bottom floor and didn't hear a peep from the person staying on the top. I entered my Bad Back era a few years ago and dread sleeping in any bed but my own but this was beyond comfortable and supportive, I slept like a rock every night! Julius and Pablo are beyond hospitable, beyond accommodating and understanding, I highly highly recommend this space!

Great place that exactly matches the photos and description. The hosts were available and accommodated our checkout time. Easy communication. I would recommend this place which is a short walk to a beautiful beach and offers the pool a few meters from the property.

Ray's place is in a great location, centrally located with great access to both ends of the island for exploring. Good bed and linens, no complaints! My Son likes the place and my wife wants to come back. Definitely would stay again on another adventure. The amazing gift 🎁 ray added the birthday decoration for my son. I should give you 10/5 stars but the max is 5. So you have 5 brother. Thank you

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

I booked two listings that were next door to one another.. both places were great. 14B and 16a. I loved everything about them. I will be staying in both places again ...

I wish I could leave a 10 star review . We had an absolutely WONDERFUL stay! Veronica’s home was AMAZINGGGGG !! The place was exactly as described , clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, not too far from the hotel Zone but still quiet and peaceful at night. The host was friendly, attentive , and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated how responsive both Veronica and her husband Peter were throughout our stay . Definitely made my first experience out of the country worth wild !! And the rooftop pool? Definitely a great touch , it made our trip feel extra special !! I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

The location is excellent, inside a hotel with security and a beautiful view. Impeccable cleanliness, easy access, well-equipped kitchenette, 24/7 functional refrigerator, air conditioning and very clean bathroom. Julio and Aileen are super attentive hosts. The routes pass right outside and the tours pick you up right there. It's not a resort, but it's more than good. Only detail: be careful when entering/leaving the shower-tub due to the height. Even so, everything was perfect! I would return without hesitation! Highly recommended, 5 stars!! Thank you very much for everything, 100% recommended, place, host, stay, everything!

We had a great stay at Saul's accommodation, the place is very quiet, comfortable, safe and the description/photos of the place exactly match what they mention. Saul and Giovanni welcomed us with a nice touch that we liked very much and that made us feel at home, we appreciated it. We will definitely return, excellent hosts.

Good host, lots of information/instructions and quick response. Nice place, we stayed there with 1 baby and 1 child of 4. We thought it was doable. Space is not very large, but sufficient. Equipped with everything you need and looks beautiful! Wonderful swimming pool and fine beach. Great price/quality!!

Very good place to come as a family, facing the sea, the sea is beautiful from this view. I recommend it, just think that everyone would be a little tight but a very good place

Every thing & everyone were super! Condo is very nice & comfy! Great location, the view is amazing. Private but also had the amenities of the property (great restaurants on site, bellmen, tour arrangements in lobby & store for basic needs ). We spent our anniversary & my husband’s birthday here for 7nights. We’re pleasantly surprised by hosts on our special occasion. So much to see & do so close by! Larger grocery just a bus stop away. Pool & beach chairs always were always available. Great security on site 24/7. The bed was amazingly 🥰so very comfortable (and I am picky). The air conditioning was super! Trust me, central ac is a must in Mexico!! (for me anyways) and I am from a hot/humid climate in the USA. The washer/dryer was a nice plus as well ! I have been coming to Areas in Mexico for 30 years and would highly recommend this condo!! Would definitely come back. Thank you Juan & Edith for making our vacation one to remember 😘😘.

Great location, 10min walk to the beach and ferry. House itself was clean and quiet, AC worked great. Hosts were helpful when needed and did not hover or check in unnecessarily.

What a beautiful location and place!! Sergio was really amazing! Him and Jose are great hosts. Sergio really went above and beyond hosting and made sure we had everything we needed. Any question or issue that came up in our travels he immediately responded and assisted, even if it meant going out of his way. Truly a great guy and we sincerely look forward to coming back to Cancún and staying at his place! Thank you for everything Sergio and Jose!! We appreciate you and this lovely experience!

I’ve stayed at Maria’s place three times already, and every time has been perfect. The apartment is very clean, bright, and exactly as described. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay — from kitchenware to all the little details that make a difference. Maria is a wonderful host: always available, attentive, and very kind. I especially appreciate the convenient and safe location — a quiet neighborhood with everything nearby: shops, cafes, and public transport. It truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

the apartment is very nice (it matches 100% with the photographs), it has all the amenities that are required in a home, so we didn't have to worry about anything, other than enjoying ourselves. The pools are beautiful, clean and with the right temperature for swimming, in addition to having pleasant palapas for those who do not want to swim. And as for the attention received, it was very good, since they are always attentive to the needs and doubts that we have. They really make you feel right at home. Recommended in 100

We had a wonderful time there. The location is perfect for families; the pool is great for kids, and the nearby beach is shallow with small waves, making it ideal for them to play safely. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare any meals we desired. I highly recommend this place.

I really enjoyed my 5 night stay at Marielas place. It was truly just steps from the ocean and the pool. I rented a chair at the beach club one day and the service was great. It was 900 pesos for the day and you but you get 600 pesos in credit for food and drinks. My stay was in mid May and the pool and the beach didn’t really fill up with people until late afternoon. Since the condo is right above the pool you could hear the beach club music inside but it wasn’t a problem for me. Mariela and Lucy were very communicative before the stay and I didn’t have any issues or questions for them but I feel like they would have responded right away if I needed something from them. The condo location was very walkable and felt like a safe area for me to walk around in alone. I would stay again for sure.

The apartment is great, comfortable and exactly as in the photos. I really enjoyed your stay! However, some points can be improved: the water pressure in the shower, bathroom sink and kitchen sink is very weak, which can be a little uncomfortable. There is also a little noise in the surroundings - those who have light sleep may find it difficult to sleep. On the other hand, the pool is excellent for relaxing after a tiring day, although the water is at room temperature. Overall, it was a great experience!
