Holiday rentals with a patio in Playa Chacmool

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

Excellent location, place was very clean and quiet at night. Nice backyard and walkable to all shops and food.

The place is so nice and clean,have an aircon and electric fan. The pool is just for you. Like 3mins walk to Mercado 28. The location is in Downtown Cancun quite far to the beaches, mybe 13km away. Saul, the host is very responsive, he made an effort to suggest places and things to do with links and complete details.

Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue impecable: siempre atento, súper amable y disponible para resolver cualquier duda al instante. ¡De verdad, se nota que ama lo que hace y cuida cada detalle para que tu experiencia sea inolvidable! La casa es simplemente espectacular. Todo estaba impecable y tal como se muestra en las fotos. Cuenta con dos baños amplios, y una sala climatizada perfecta para relajarse, con un sofá cama súper cómodo. La mesa comedor para 4 personas también la usamos como mesa de juegos en varias ocasiones, lo cual fue un plus divertidísimo. La cama queen muy cómoda,La cocina está totalmente equipada, Además, tiene asador, lavadora y secadora, lo cual hace todo aún más conveniente. Y no puedo dejar de mencionar la hermosa piscina… Tener cochera disponible también nos dio mucha tranquilidad.Zona muy segura!

Daniel es demasiado amable, colaborador y accesible. Hace mucho más de lo que cualquiera esperaría de un anfitrión. El lugar es muy seguro y agradable. No dudaría en volver a hospedarme en su apartamento. 10\10 y más de lo que esperaba ❤️

El alojamiento está perfecto, relativamente cerca del ADO, del parque de las palapas y de las paradas de autobuses que te llevan a zona hotelera, Edain y su madre siempre estuvieron atentos con nuestras necesidades y ayudandonos con sus recomendaciones, el tema de tener café y agua potabld 24/7 es un plus enorme, el alojamiento tiene una piscina bastante bonita, sin duda todo nos encantó, definitivamente volveremos pronto!!!

My stay was great! As a solo traveler felt safe and was able to easily work remotely. Home as pictured. The host was wonderful with communication. The community is gated and friendly. If you are looking for a place to stay unattached from the tourist areas this is it. I agree with other reviews about having a car when staying here. What you need is close but not walkable, hop on the bus close. I worked from home most days so Ubered when I needed to and ordered Uber Eats on the days I wanted to enjoy being home. Take a walk through the neighborhood for the outdoor playground and exercise area in the neighborhood.

El lugar es muy cómodo cuentas con todo dentro de casa y la anfitriona siempre dispuesta a ayudar con las dudas

Es una casa súper agradable en excelente lugar está muy tranquilo súper acogedora para toda la familia es una casa 10/10 lo recomiendo muchísimo yo y mi familia estamos segurísimo de volver a reservar nuevamente la casa en las próximas vacaciones 👍👍👍

El lugar es un sueño, está ubicado en la mejor zona de Cancún, donde se pueden ver los colores más bonitos del mar!! La casa está súper niceeee, las vistas son espectaculares, ves todo el tiempo el mar Caribe, además las habitaciones muy cómodas para descansar, los baños súper elegantes y todo sumamente amplio. La zona de la alberca también está genial para nadar, lo recomiendo ampliamente !!!

Excelente lugar, muy limpio, todos los servicios, cada cuarto tiene su aire acondicionado y un baño. Es perfecto tanto para una pareja o para una familia completa. Nos encantó que nos prestara sombrilla y sillas para la playa, eso te ahorra mucho dinero, la alberca también estaba muy bonita. Letty nos regaló unas frutitas y un bonito mensaje de bienvenida, y explicó claramente las reglas de la casa en una hoja informativa. La cocina está super equipada y suele haber cosas útiles que dejan los huéspedes anteriores. 100% recomendable.

We so enjoyed staying at this property on the south end of the island away from the hustle and bustle (although it is easy to get around via taxi or golf cart). The view was stunning, the condo was comfortable and had everything we needed! We enjoy snorkeling and appreciated the short easy walk to the beach club-and appreciated the snorkeling gear! I will recommend this property to friends and family and will definitely stay here again!

Recomendadisimo! Muy bonito el alojamiento y muy cómodo, las instrucciones son claras, el alojamiento es seguro y está cerca de muchas actividades y lugares a los cuales ir, la atención con Ayari es súper rápida y atenta y muy gentil, me volvería a hospedar de nuevo en otra oportunidad. 😅👍🏼

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful apartment! Araceli was extremely helpful before and during our vacation. And quickly responsive. This is a beautifully decorated apartment and the complex is quiet and well maintained with multiple pools and a beach to enjoy. We ate twice at the poolside bar and the food was great. Cocktails too!There were plenty of loungers poolside or beachside to use. La Amada is away from the bustle of Cancun hotel zone which we enjoyed but it was helpful to have a car for places we wanted to visit. Also there are activity bookings close to La Amada as well. Nearby we visited The Flamingo restaurant twice. The service was friendly and the seafood menu good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend.

Excelente ubicación si vas al centro de Cancún. El departamento muy amplio y muy bien equipado. Muy cómodas las 3 terrazas para tomar el sol. Un bonito plus la pantalla de la sala.

Rodrigo was a wonderful host. He was extremely responsive and offered to arrange a pick up and drop off taxi which was very thoughtful. His apartment felt safe and the interior looked just like the pictures. I also appreciated having a stocked kitchen and a hot plate to cook on. I also loved using the bikes to ride all over the island. Overall I had a really lovely stay on Isla Mujeres.

Carla & Sebastian were super helpful & detailed in messages. They set up a driver from the airport, which I then paid the nice driver directly. They are very friendly and responsive. The building seems fairly new so there weren’t many people there and it was peaceful. The whole area is very secure. The apartment is really stunning, has pretty furniture, and a comfortable bed. AC worked well and the shower had good pressure. I absolutely love how wide the balcony doors opened in both the living room and bedroom. Lüften approved! The beachclub/restaurant isn’t much, and about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. I went to the restaurant at 1:00PM to get lunch one day but they serve breakfast until 3:00PM so I left & never ended up trying it. I never found a rooftop pool.

Una experiencia maravillosa en este hermoso y cálido departamento con vista a la laguna. A pesar de que nuestra estancia fue breve (solo una noche), quedamos encantados con la comodidad y la tranquilidad del lugar. La vista es simplemente espectacular y crea un ambiente relajante. Además, el departamento estaba impecablemente limpio, lo cual refleja el excelente cuidado del anfitrión. Sin duda, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver. ¡Altamente recomendado!
