I come to Cuba often and this was one of my favorite places to stay. The location, space and hospitality were all excellent. I would look other places for transportation options as I found the group they work with to be very expensive in comparison to others but if you just want super convenience then allow them to make arrangements.

My stay was wonderful. Aileen takes care of all you need to have a good experience. She is always attentive and willing to help. I definitely recommend this place!

We had a great stay at Isabel's place. There is a battery that allows operation during power outages, air conditioning in the rooms. Hammocks on the small terrace with a beautiful view. And Isabel is lovely, very responsive and accommodating. Thank you so much!

Very comfortable stay. Just as described. Comfortable kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms. You are connected to the same electrical grid as the hospital so there are no blackouts. You are on the top floor and there is an elevator. Alexander was extremely helpful and clear when checking in / out. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Perfect place to stay for our family of 5, such an awesome host with a beautiful, clean apartment. Perfect location and perfectly safe place to stay with our little kids. Vivian helped us so much, we really appreciate all her help and her hospitality with finding taxi and make reservations, she was always right there to help us. The house is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had a nice fridge with a good filter water system and they also have another really good fridge that if you are celebrating any event is perfect for those drinks. The kitchen in general is pretty good and BIG. The common areas are very nice, all with a/c wich is really needed in Cuba.The backyard and pool were always very clean because they have a person who clean every day. All a/c around the house worked very good and the generator covered everything in the house when the power went out; one of the day the generator had a little issue but I called Eduardo and he came to fix it himself in 30 mins, and only took him to fix like 5-10 mins..I loved that.The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are good too. I would definitely come back and recommended it because all my family and me loved the house and we had a really nice family time there with no issues.the house is surrounded by embassies wich it make it safe

Marcos is a great, responsive host. He has a good command of English and has obviously invested in this Airbnb’s facilities, especially the lovely, modern en-suite bathrooms. We have always stayed in different places each visit to Havana but look forward to staying at Marcos’ Airbnb again in the future.

Beautiful home! Security and house staff were friendly and very helpful! Restaurants are within walking distance. House was well kept, clean and lots of room for 5 adults. The pool area was beautiful and a great place to relax in the evening. Would stay again.

The check-in was very easy with a warm welcome. The accommodation is very comfortable and perfectly clean. We had access to the kitchen which is very well equipped. In front of the house there is a small supermarket and a bakery, on two streets there are fruits and vegetables. Very nice and helpful hosts. The area is very peaceful and clean. It was a very pleasant and quiet stay.

It was a wonderful, memorable stay. We will be sharing this listing with many more people. Visiting Cuba can be tricky with travel arrangements, cell service, etc. Lexa was a kind and responsive host who cared for our needs. We wouldn't think about booking any other space.

I was staying for 17 days with the family impeccable attention. Lovely people. The expectacular house with all the amenities central and with supermarkets. Restaurants. Nearby. I am so grateful for the attention of the house staff. And the owner. Repeat re another ves. Everything is very clean. I will be happy to come back

Due to heavy thunderstorms the WiFi went down on the first night, but you can’t control nature. I thought it was a blessing in disguise. We managed to enjoy the house so much more and each other’s company. The staff was amazing. The staff had coffee ready for us in the am before we could even request it. The pool is a very nice touch. The security guard at night helps give no second thoughts, even tho Havana is a very safe city. Would certainly go back. Enjoyed our entire stay!

Good afternoon! My parents stayed at this hotel, they really liked it! The hotel territory is very nice, there are many trees, mangoes, bananas, my parents enjoyed walking and resting there. The room is very nice, all tidy and clean. The owner is super friendly, thank you very much for her attention 💖

One of the best apartments I ever rent in Havana. Big 2 bedroom classic apartment, renovated and very clean. For the first time in Havana free hi-speed WiFi was included with the apartment. The owner is very polite and helpful for check in and out. I recommend!
