Recently renovated, studio apartment (aprox 38 m2 incl balcony) overlooking the beach of La Carihuela. Close to the city center of Torremolinos (aprox. 5 min walk). Astonishing view to the Mediterranean Sea, to Carihuela village, and the mountains on the right hand side. Sit on the Balcony all day and night just relaxing and enjoying the sound of the waves and the buzzling beach life. Our apartment has direct access to the beach (lift) and upstairs to the city center (lift) of Torremolinos.

The flat is distributed in a large living room connected to a spacious luminous kitchen, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a sunny terrace with sea views. It also has two other covered terraces, one connected to the kitchen and the other one to the bedrooms. The apartment is ideally located next to the seafront and Puerto Marina, where you will find a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants.

This beautiful home is newly renovated, we have given it a personal touch and a lot of love. It is located 200 meters from the beach, close to good restaurants, beach bars, a bus stop in front and close to the train. It has Wi-Fi, A/C, and a large window that opens onto a terrace so you can enjoy a wonderful ocean view. The building is quiet, family-friendly, with green spaces. Ideal to disconnect or stay connected while teleworking.
