It is also easy to reach Los Cristianos walking, just 6-7 min to Playa de las Vistas or 10 min minutes to San Telmo area known for the abundance of nice restaurants. Needless to say close to shops, restaurants and bars. It is newly renovated (2021), has one bedroom and only 5 minutes walking from lovely Playa del Camison .

It is situated just in 7 min walking from the famous Siam Park and a new shopping center Siam Mall. The heating of the swimming pool is 150 euros per a week.
