Holiday rentals with a patio in Playa de Los Cristianos

Fab location, close to lots of restaurants and the promenade yet peaceful and quiet at night. Local supermarket in easy reach and market opposite twice weekly. Nice outlook, and looked exactly as photos show, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a perfect stay in Palm Mar. The apartment has everything you could want and spotlessly clean. The balcony is amazing for relaxing on and enjoying the view. The pool gets sunshine the whole day and has private loungers for you to use. There are great restaurants in Palm Mar, enough you wouldn’t need to travel if you didn’t want to. There is also a shop within a 2 minute walk. We did a canoeing tour from the Palm Mar beach which was the highlight of our trip. We also visited Siam Beach, Loro Parque and the Monkey Park, all of which we would recommend. The apartment has a private garage space and is a 15 minute drive from the south airport and around 10 minute drive into Los Cristianos. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to Adeje (Tenerife) for over 20 years and this is easily the nicest apartment I’ve stayed in. The place is modern, clean and spacious. The views from BOTH balconies are gorgeous and the host is really friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a pleasant and satisfying holiday in Frank's beautifully located and neat apartment. The quiet surroundings and beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the harbor contributed to this. Communication with Frank went very smoothly. On site we had the friendly host Pino and Angela who assisted us with advice. Due to Frank's suggestion, we rented a car so we could explore the island via the TF-1 motorway which is very close. Restaurants and department stores nearby were also an asset. In short: a topper ! Repeatable.

We had an amazing stay with ocean views and nice amenities! Great walkable area to the beaches to restaurants and to shopping! It was wonderful to hear the ocean from the balcony and there is also a wonderful pool in the complex! We highly recommend this place!

Absolutely fabulous place and highly recommend. We had 2 weeks here and it was perfect . Location was great, apartment is beautiful and has everything you could poss need. Exactly like the photos. Parking available although advised to leave it over weekends if you have a space as can get busy. Otherwise always found somewhere in the local area. The pools are fab, loads of sunbeds in either pool. Walking distance to Christianos and also Costa Adeje so plenty to do with heaps of restaurants etc. We honestly couldn't fault anything with staying here and will be back if we visit the area. Fantastic host and we are very grateful 🙏

It went very well. Dorine is very friendly and has good advice. Don't expect a 3-star hotel, but the place is functional and met our expectations. It is slightly off-center without it being problematic either, perfect for visiting the south of the island and meeting quiet in the evening.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! We stayed at this villa for 7 days and had an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, Markus was an incredible host. He greeted us with fresh fruit and cold beers in the fridge – such a thoughtful touch. He took the time to show us how everything worked, provided local taxi numbers, and gave us great recommendations for the best places to eat and drink. What really stood out was his kindness – he even went out of his way to drop off food for my dad, who is diabetic. That level of care made a huge difference and truly set this stay apart. The villa itself is in a lovely, peaceful area – perfect for relaxing – and everything you need is just a stone’s throw away. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a chilled-out holiday. Without a doubt, we’ll be booking with Markus again in the near future. 100% recommend!

great villa with plenty of amenities in a good location. we had a lovely stay here and enjoyed cooking most nights with the outdoor kitchen and view making it particularly enjoyable. there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around the area.

A beautiful house with excellent conditions, very close to the ocean, stunning views, a good restaurant nearby, the host is responsive and easy to communicate with — we are very happy with our stay and would gladly come back.

We loved this place. Nothing to hear but the waves! So peaceful and relaxing, large terrace to sit or sunbathe. Small but fully functional kitchen, comfortable beds and sofa. Very easy to get to and an easy, almost flat walk to the town where there was a supermarket and a good selection of restaurants. Very easy to get to all the nearby tourist sights as not far from the TF1. Thanks Roberto - we will be back sometime!

Josh and José are super nice hosts, always responsive and helpful to answer any questions. The house is just as nice and clean as it is in the pictures, can’t love it more. The spot is convenient for going anywhere with a car. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to visit Tenerife!

This was the perfect spot for us to relax between bicycle rides around the area. Such a nice pool and garden and the cutest little house. Wonderful place and host!

Amazing apartment in a lovely location. Great cooking facilities and lovely balconies. Air conditioning was very much needed! The road is busy as it’s close to so many popular spots but honestly didn’t bother us as we always bring ear plugs. We had a little trouble finding the apartment at first thanks to google maps not being accurate but it’s right next to a lovely restaurant that I really recommend trying.

Loved this place!! Set up is perfect with pool out the front door and beautiful view of Los Giantes out the back. Easy parking and walkable to the Marina and beach

We had a lovely month stay, the apartment is located in a great place and the views excellent, sun all day with 2 balconies, it would have been nice to have been notified that the apartment next door was being fully refurbished, we found out at 8am the first morning when banging and drilling started but overall we had an excellent time, Simona the host sorted out any queries very quick, we have even booked our flights for next year.

So, that's really difficult to describe. My wife and I booked 10 days in El Medano in your apartment on June 25. When we arrived, construction work was in progress. The house was completely equipped with scaffolding. In good spirits, the construction workers dismantled the balcony and provided plenty of cement. The construction work is expected to take place over a period of three months. After a short panic, I called Egle. She came immediately and was also visibly excited. Of course, I asked what was going on. She explained to me that she herself was surprised by the construction work a few days earlier. I believe her, I know Tenerife and something like that is possible here. All in all, she took good care of us and tried to make the best of the difficult situation. That's why I can only give you good reviews. The apartment is great if you can live there.

Very nice modern and clean accommodation. Perfect for couple or small family Well equipped, well appointed outdoor space! Difficult to find the address at check-in, I really recommend using Google Maps as Miguel recommends and not another app. Netflix, 2 TVs and fans available!
