Holiday rentals with a patio in Playa de Punta Umbría

We had such an amazing stay! Tavira is truly one of the last of it’s kind - we came from London and at first we experience a bit of “reverse culture shock” because the town is so quaint, quiet, and local feeling - but after a few days of adjusting we absolutely fell in love. This is an excellent location, there’s plenty of nice restaurants and one of the best coffee shops right next door run by some lovely Canadians. We stayed for 2 weeks, immersed ourselves in Tavira, ate great food, and drank pretty well, too. Don’t hesitate on booking, you won’t regret it!

We had a fantastic family stay (3 adults and 3 children) in this wonderful house! From the beginning, communication with the host was excellent — always available, with useful and relevant directions that greatly facilitated our arrival and stay. The house was perfectly prepared to welcome families with children: we found high chairs, a baby bath, beach towels, a parasol, a hair dryer and many other details that made all the difference. We truly feel at home. The location is great, in a very quiet area, ideal for resting. The heated pool was one of the highlights — perfect for relaxing with the little ones. The nearby beach is also very calm, ideal for children to run and play freely. In terms of convenience, there are supermarkets less than 5 minutes away by car, and even next to the house there is a pharmacy and a cafe with delicious bread (1 minute by car). Without a doubt, an experience to repeat.

Had a wonderful week in Islantilla. Carlos is hospitable and easily accessible. We arrived a day later because the flight was canceled and on his own offered Carlos to share the cost for the not enjoyed night. Next, we had an issue with the electricity just before New Year's Eve, stopping before the kitchen unit were out. The same day, Carlos arranged an electrician, who fixed the issue. All in all and nice accommodation, certainly repeatable.

Everything was perfect so it would be useless to add comments. We found a perfect home with a basket of great oranges waiting for us. Water bottles in the fridge and shampoo and body soap in the shower. The terrace is the icing on top. The location was perfect for us because in a few minutes we reached all the golf courses where we played. Thank you Rodrigo!

Steffanie was great at check-in, she met us there early and talked us through the place. Lovely apartment with a great pool that our girls loved even in the cooler weather. The apartment is close to a nice street full of restaurants and bars. We took a taxi to Tavira a few times as we loved exploring there.

The apartment was exactly what we hoped it would be, with all the amenities anybody could wish for. We found it difficult to find private accommodation that was modern and stylish, so Filipa’s place was a rare find that definitely lived up to our expectations. Being so close to the sea, and great restaurants in the town was also a huge plus.

Great long weekend to enjoy the wonderful beaches and pools. Very beautiful apartment with lots of light. The stairs indoors weren't a problem even though we had a small daughter. Supermarkets and good restaurants quite close by. We will come back!

Such a nice house and nice surroundings with oranges around the corner! Perfect house for us, who were there as a larger group. Nice rooms and perfect with larger social areas where everyone could socialize and the children could play. Extra plus for the order in the kitchen and an incredibly helpful and accommodating host!

For the second year in a row, it was an excellent stay. The house is extremely pleasant and comfortably accommodates 4 people. The terrace is excellent The rooms are comfortable and airy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The urbanization has a parking space and a very good swimming pool available in July and August, and we were lucky to enjoy 3 days in June. It matches the pictures exactly. On the outskirts there is a market, beaches and a shopping center with several options to eat.

Absolutely loved our stay in Tavira The place was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and perfectly located. The host was super responsive. The outdoor space of the apartment is amazing and the amenities were top-notch. The neighborhood was charming with plenty of great eats and drinks nearby. We had a great stay, it’s a great place for peaceful relaxation. Plenty of outdoor space and the pool is great to cool off in.

We had a very good stay at Jesus's. The location is beautiful. The apartment is very nice, its terrace is spacious and our host is very responsive.

The apartment is located in a gated condominium urbanization, in a block with the best view of the entire development. On the terrace/back balcony we find everything to enjoy the views and the good weather, sofas and chairs, pillows and 2 sun loungers. Inside, the photographs speak for themselves, but everything is a precious thing, especially for those who appreciate details. The only if it is the fact that the swimming pool is restricted, it is a pity not to go in the morning. Otherwise, you need to drive to shop, eat, go to the beach, etc. Overall a very positive experience!

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful, well-equipped and sparkling clean apartment. Filipe was always easily accessible and also contacted us proactively. The apartment is very close to nice restaurants and to the boat dock on the beach. There were always free parking spaces right in front of the apartment complex. We did not need the two underground parking spaces belonging to the apartment. Thank you, Filipe, for the opportunity to postpone the check-out a little and for the many good restaurant tips. I'd love to come back and look forward to the next stay in Cabanas de Tavira and in your beautiful apartment.

Fantastic place and stay, we spent most of the time on the balcony - brilliant to have so many lounging/seating options. The place had a lovely personal touch and really liked the thoughtful lighting - made it all very relaxing. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

The apartment is excellent, in very good condition, clean and equipped with everything. fantastic views and well located to visit PN Doñana, the beach, restaurants. the only problem but it is a common thing in Matalascañas are the stairs, for people with reduced mobility it can be an inconvenience. we will definitely be back again Thank you Victor and Paqui

Maria's description, photos and price has restored my faith on websites. It was as described, slightly old fashioned cosy with lots of spare bedding and towels. Perhaps the mattress in second bedroom needs upgrading. Otherwise a positive experience.
