lovely apartment. the private courtyard was a lovely bonus for morning coffee, fabulous communal pool, great ac, well stocked kitchen and the center of Tavira was less than 10 minutes stroll away with a wide choice of excellent places to eat and drink. lovely space in a lovely place.

Just wow! Rita met us to check us in and contacted us several times to make sure all was well. Any little issues were addressed right away, kindly and professionally. The little house was clean and cozy with great patio to enjoy a glass of wine with a view to the distant sea. We loved everything and Rita is wonderful!!!! Can’t recommend highly enough. Hope to return!

We had a great stay, it’s a great place for peaceful relaxation. Plenty of outdoor space and the pool is great to cool off in.

We booked Teixeira House for a full six week Spring stay, and could not have been more pleased with our decision. The size was perfect, the location was perfect, and Pedro was fantastic on his communications. There is a wonderful tapas wine bar right across the street that became our go-to relaxation spot. The home is also within easy walking distance to the bus station and train station, which made side trips to other places in the Algarve easy. Pedro was very quick in his responses to any questions that we had, and he also provided excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

we had a great 3 week stay. good for walking to everything in Tavira. we rented a car but didn't really need it. Manuel was a great host, house was clean and comfortable.

Everything perfect, a large house perfect for spending a few days with family or friends, enjoying its pool or going to the beach for a walk.

This is our second stay here. Everything is just as described in the photos. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. We'll be back!

We have had a wonderful week 2 families together, we so much enjoyed the property and our time for rest & relaxation. We had a lovely time! What a unique stay! We loved having the pool to use on a quiet day or to refresh as we explored the area. As a family of 4 we had more than enough space. The parking is also super convenient. The host was very helpful with our questions. They also provided many local recommendations

A beautiful, spacious, and very bright house. It's even prettier than the pictures! It has everything you need and more to spend a few super pleasant weeks. The garden and bbq are unbeatable. We'll be back for sure!

The moment we arrived we were given a warm welcome from Carla’s mother Fernanda. Fernanda was extremely friendly and gave us a thorough tour of the property. The villa was stunning and the location was beautiful and peaceful with vibrant flowers with many birds swooping around. This is was our first holiday with our 14 month old baby girl and the villa was perfect for us with everything we needed and more. A wonderful cot was supplied and the rooms were very comfortable. The area was quiet with local shops, coffee shop and small restaurants within walking distance.Everything else we needed was just a 15 minute drive away including the town of Tavira. The nearest beach was just a 10 minute drive to a charming train (perfect for the kids) which takes you across the river which separates the beach. Would highly recommend this place for any family’s looking to explore the algarve and we could not be happier guests. Both Carla and Fernanda should be proud hosts.

Really nice place to stay at. Corresponding to description. Quiet place, with beautiful views. The house is well equipped and the hosts are very nice and attentive people to offer good service and answer any needs or questions from guests.

Brilliant stay at Denise’s place, you need a car but it’s close to tavira and other small towns and not too far from central Algarve. We stayed for a night and enjoyed a lovely drink on the terrace probably one of the nicest views and drinks of our trip The room was cool even though it was hot outside and clean with all the things we needed Lovely place

We were a group of friends to celebrate a reunion and the accommodation we find it ideal. Highlighted the cleanliness of the house bathrooms and rooms. It was very well conditioned, kitchen with all the utensils and the rooms very well insulated from the cold. If you say it in advance, they provide you with the firewood for the days you are. The owners are very friendly and helpful, they were very attentive to all our needs. David the Catalan sends a cuddle. We will definitely repeat soon!!!!

Thank you Judite, for a nice week in your apartment. The balcony which was L-shaped gave sun from morning to evening. It was quiet and safe. Plenty of clean bed linen and towels.

This place is a gem. First, it is spacious and well laid out. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 balconies (one quite large), a large living room, dining room and kitchen with its large kitchen table. Of course, the backyard is to die for. It has a pristine pool, lounge chairs, a sofa and an outdoor dining table. I spent a lot of time in that yard, and it was peaceful and tranquil. The kitchen is super well equipped, and one can make everything from a simple sandwich to a full blown meal there. How comfortable was this place? I found myself spending a lot of time next to the pool even though the beach is mere minutes from the house! it had everything I needed so I ended up spending a lot of time there, just chilling. The host and the manager were both super friendly and attentive. 5 stars all the way.

In our travels through Portugal, this was absolutely the best place we stayed. Marcio’s place is very spacious, very clean, and has the feeling of being in a real home. There is a large outdoor patio where we enjoyed hanging out. And even though we were in a central location, the apartment was peaceful and quiet. Marcio was very easy to communicate with, and even when we locked ourselves out of the apartment, he was extremely kind and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough. It was fabulous!!

We absolutely love our stay! Location was 10 min walk to golf course (with golf clubs in the unit to use!) SO many VERY GOOD restaurants within 10 min walk. Waterfront is 25 min walk—even more options!! Loved it so much we are looking to return next year!

Second time staying at Leonor's lovely apartment. Would definitely book again.

We were greeted by a woman who showed us how to use the TV remotes, pointed out features around the unit, gave us keys and answered questions. The place is located conveniently for using public transportation. Easy walk to the bus and train stations. Full grocery store and the mercado are within easy walking distance and a small convenience store is even closer. Bedroom was comfortable with plenty of linens, living room had a selection of books with throw pillows/blankets for rainy days. The bathroom was clean and larger than expected. We used the kitchen appliances regularly - everything was clean and worked properly. There is a rack for drying clothes on the rooftop terrace. It was very quiet at night. We enjoyed a snack and glass of wine on the rooftop terrace a few times and sipped morning coffee on the lower level patio. It was a pleasant stay and we are happy to recommend this airbnb.

The house was amazing with great outside areas and super clean. The location is great and walking distance to the beach. Lukas and Ana were wonderful, super helpful and great hosts!! We totally recommend this stay!
