Great accommodation to disconnect for a few days. A few minutes from Fabrica where you can take a boat to go to the beach, you can also walk to Cacela Velha and about a 15 minute drive to Tavira. Quiet house overlooking the countryside and the sea (at night you can hear up to the waves). The pool is small but gives the apartment to take a dip if you don't want to go to the beach. The house was well appointed and clean. Eduardo attends you very well and is willing to make recommendations for the area.

Great location - close to centre of town and only a few streets away from the riverside walk.

Fuseta is a beautiful unspoiled area with a vast nature reserve. Locals friendly and helpful. Isidoro's apartment is walking distance to beach and restaurants. Very close to train that runs frequently. Isidoro's Mum was on hand to welcome us and she is a real treasure. The apartment had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Would highly recommend and would stay there again

Super apartment in a nice location. we felt very comfortable in the Deborah apartment, everything was very clean and it smelled good. We were warmly welcomed. Restaurants and supermarkets are in walking distance. The fishing village is small but totally beautiful. A huge plus was the large free parking space directly in front of the apartment. We will be happy to come back.

I was there for a month. Everything was very good. It is a small house with a mega , really big terrace. Quiet area. Everything on walking distance. The baker passes by more often every day. Wifi is very strong. Could work perfectly online, on the terrace as well. In the kitchen are all the utensils you need in everyday life. Washing machine, large fridge with freezer is available. A little dark during the day indoors but it is pleasantly cool. In bad weather is not very cold, nothing is damp. It was all very clean. I also recommend the place for longer stays I felt very comfortable

For the second year in a row, it was an excellent stay. The house is extremely pleasant and comfortably accommodates 4 people. The terrace is excellent The rooms are comfortable and airy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The urbanization has a parking space and a very good swimming pool available in July and August, and we were lucky to enjoy 3 days in June. It matches the pictures exactly. On the outskirts there is a market, beaches and a shopping center with several options to eat.

spacious apartment right next to the beach 1 min walk literal. everything is very clean and with a very pleasant patio. clear communication Very quiet area even though chiringuitos nearby. Good area for parking. practically in its entirety the apartment is renovated. Unique and for putting one is that it does not have mosquito nets in the rooms and the mosquitoes were a feast, but it is understandable to be summer. would repeat 100% for sure.

There was good communication at all times and even a couple of requests were made that were accommodated as much as possible. We were very comfortable and would repeat. It has ample garage, easy to maneuver.

The house is excellent for spending a few days by the beach. Two of the 3 air conditioners are new, an excellent upgrade in comfort on hot days. An excellent option for holidays.

We had a fantastic stay at Ana’s place, such a peaceful & quiet place. In less than 2 minutes we were between the trees with our dogs. We had everything we needed in the house, clean & cosy.

Hi, our stay at this home was brief but lovely. We had a fantastic view of the river and the sunset. The home appliances were all in good working order, so we didn't encounter any issues despite the heat. The location is perfect, and the local supermarket, gas station, and restaurants are within walking distance. Lastly, there was plenty of room for five people to sleep comfortably. I had a great time here.

Located conveniently near the golf course, the property features a spacious terrace. Everything ok, with one notable exception: the lack of Wi-Fi connectivity.

The apartment is excellent, in very good condition, clean and equipped with everything. fantastic views and well located to visit PN Doñana, the beach, restaurants. the only problem but it is a common thing in Matalascañas are the stairs, for people with reduced mobility it can be an inconvenience. we will definitely be back again Thank you Victor and Paqui

We were there from 9/14/24 to 1/4/25. The stay was great and above all very quiet. The very close access to the beach is very nice. Once we locked ourselves out, but Joao was able to help us directly. Everything exactly as described👍.

Elisabet and Manuel's place was very clean and welcoming. The check-in instructions were complex, but the hosts' explanations were very clear and their responses were super quick. Thanks for everything!
