Our modern luxury studio is located where everything is a 5 minute walk away. 5 minutes to the Cozumel ferry, 5 to the ADO bus terminal for access to the Cancun airport, 5 from the beach or to the famous 5th avenue. The rooftop pool runs parallel with the ocean for a panoramic view. There is also a gym. Our studio sleeps three guests, full kitchen, Wi-Fi 100 mbps fiber, smart tv and laundry machine. There is 24 hour security and paid public parking only one block away.
