Beachfront holiday rentals in Playa Dominicus

Nuestra estadía estuvo genial! Es un residencial con todas las comodidades, queda cerca a la playa, a unos 10 mins caminando, no es ruidoso el sector y encuentras restaurantes fácilmente. Javier fue muy amable y proactivo. Pueden mejorar el aseo y el mantenimiento de muebles y del apartamento en general, así mismo el orden de los elementos de la cocina.

Las atenciones de Andrea fueron fenomenales y la estancia ni se diga. 100% recomendado

We enjoyed our spacious 3bed 2bath fourth floor walk up apt. It also has a private terrace above it on “5th floor” overlooking the complex. Swimming pool is right outside and was clean and hardly used. The complex is quiet and clean. There are a few spots nearby to get coffee & empanadas for breakfast. Caleta beach and malecon which has restaurants & bars are only several blocks away. Easily walkable as we saw most locals do. I would stay here again.

Lenny and Flor were great hosts. I think the pictures did not do the place justice. It was gorgeous and movie like. I would definitely stay here again, and refer all my friends. When I posted the pictures on IG, everyone asked me where it was. So beautiful and perfect!!

Bello apartamento , el lugar es tranquilo y acogedor. El área donde está el apartamento cuenta con varias piscinas Las atenciones fueron excelente desde el seguridad que te recibe. El señor Pablo el seguridad es una persona muy atenta y cooperadora. El apartamento muy limpio y con todos los accesorios que aparecen publicado en la página. La señora Natalia y su esposo siempre atento y agradable dispuestos a responder cualquier inquietud. La pasamos muy bien mi familia y yo en el lugar. Si volviera a visitar el lugar nos gustaría escoger cómo estadía ese apartamento. Gracias por sus atenciones.

Excelente, me encantó el lugar. Todo funcionaba a la perfección, la piscina riquísima es una buena casa para compartir en familia y Mary la administradora fue lo mejor de. Todo es increíble como siempre está pendiente a cualquier mensaje oh llamada, seguro que volveré

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely oceanfront haven. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen sufficient for breakfast and basic meals; but honestly, we spent most of our time on the beautiful, breezy, comfortable porch, watching the boats and the sunset. The location is everything we could have hoped for. Right on the water, walking distance to shops, boats, restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the authenticity of Bayahibe and the apartment so much more than a resort. Thank you!

Nos alojamos la primer semana de Mayo 2025. Nos encantó el lugar. Súper tranquilo, con vistas increíbles. Hay actividades para disfrutar tanto de día como nocturnas. El departamento muy equipado. Dormitorio muy amplio y cama comoda. Todos los ambientes muy amplios y equipados. Tiene aire acondicionado (fundamental para el lugar) Miguel y Susana excelentes anfitriones. Siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos. Súper recomendable.

Desde antes de reservar Alexander respondió míos dudas y así siguió durante la estadía. El apartamento muy cómodo y cerca de la playa. Cuenta con colchones adicionales para niños, cuna y no lo abrimos pero hasta un corralitos para bebés lo que es genial para quienes los tenemos. Lavarropa y tender en el balcón muy útile. Todo funcionaba correctamente. Tiene buena ventilación al estar en esa ubicación lo que por las noches utilizamos solo ventiladores. Camas amplias y cómodas. Todo muy recomendable. Y respecto al complejo pueden buscar info pero es precioso !!! La playa y su muelle son un sueño! Mi niña feliz con la plaza de juegos ! Alex también tiene otros alojamientos por lo que volveríamos sin dudarlo.

This spot was everything we hoped for and more! The gated community made us feel secure, and the unit itself was pristine,brand new and absolutely spotless. And the beach? Simply stunning! Just a few footsteps and you're on soft sand, gazing at crystal-clear waters. Yorkelis was fantastic, super responsive and full of great local tips to make the most of our stay. The beach and pools are nothing short of breathtaking. Plus, the trip from the airport was under an hour and totally hassle-free. If you're on the fence,don’t be! Book it now and start counting down the days to paradise.

A localização é perfeita! O condomínio está a beira mar, tem exatamente tudo o que precisamos: restaurante, mercadinho, local para fecharmos os passeios, até caixa eletrônico! A praia e a piscina são um sonho e tem toda estrutura para receber os hóspedes. O apartamento, embora seja monoambiente é bem aconchegante e tem tudo o que precisamos. A cama é muito confortável. Amamos nossa estadia e recomendamos!

It was wonderful 10 days with my wife, 2 kids and my mom! Wonderful apartment with 2 perfect bedrooms, with everything we need. A living room with a small balcony, complete kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. They have an Aseo in the common area outside the apartment that was great to rinse the sand before coming in the apt. near the beach, pool, restaurant, it was a perfct place to rest and enjoy the holidays with my family. I struggled a little bit with the hot water at the shower, it was hard to adjust (sometimes too hot sometimes too cold) but talking to other guests of other apartments I realized it was something common to all apartments. The beds are high and I recommend bringing a crib if you have small children. The internet was fast and easy to set up. It was a little bit hard to find the place using waze/ggl maps. I called Maite who helped with directions and was able to find super fast. There are AC in all rooms and they are fast and silent. It was a 10/10

I had an incredible stay at the place! The accommodation was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very welcoming, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth stay. I truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I would love to Stay here again on my next trip!

Nos gustó mucho la casa de Melissa, tenía todo lo que anunciaba. Ella estuvo al pendiente y fue muy amable, nos proporcionó un contacto para ir a isla saona y todo estuvo súper bien a precio accesible. El único detalle es que la ducha o regadera es bastante pequeña y era un poco difícil e incómodo, pero dejando de lado esto, todo estuvo fantástico.

Conoscevo già il complesso Cadaques, ma è stata la prima volta nell'appartamento di Patrizia. L'appartamento è conforme a quanto descritto ed alle foto, siamo stati bene ed ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. La sala con angolo cottura è ampia e ci si muove agevolmente, bella la terrazza con vista sulla piazzetta alberata ,si presta a piacevoli colazioni. L'angolo cottura è ben fornito di stoviglie, tegami ed altre attrezzature , forse una rimbiacata dei mobili lo renderebbe ancora più piacevole. Le indicazioni in generale e per il check -in sono state buone, buone anche le comunicazioni con Patrizia,sempre reattiva Lo consiglierei

El lugar y la disposición de Mónica para informarnos sobre excursiones y lugares, restaurantes, para visitar fueron más que excelentes y la coordilidad nos hizo sentir en casa en todo momento. En el departamento tienes de todo, para unas vacaciones y relax y está impecable. La playa, los pasajes y los atardeceres en cadaqués nos enamoraron. Recomiendo este lugar y especialmente a Mónica que nos hizo pasar unas vacaciones soñadas. A nuestro criterio, la playa del Cadaqués, es la mejor playa de Bayahíbe !!! Digo ésto sin exagerar, las aguas son muy calmas y transparentes y la bajada a la playa no tiene una pendiente pronunciada, cómo si la hay en la zona hotelera de Bayahíbe, debido al arrecife artificial de Cadaqués protege que el mar no se lleve la arena. Puedes hacer snorkel y nadar con los peces que son hermosos. Volveremos 100%!!! Muchas gracias Mónica por ser nuestra anfitrión en todo el viaje.

È stata un esperienza bellissima, un posto tranquillo ed accogliente e sicuro. In una buona posizione vicino a tanti servizi ed al mare. Grazie a J-Christophe per la sua attenzione. Consiglio al 100%. A presto.

Es un excelente departamento, con una ubicación inmejorable a metros del mar .. y cuenta con ascensor , y debajo hay una mini Market .. así que en ese sentido , espectacular.. el depto es amplio , súper completo , tiene de todo , para cocinar, aire acondicionado en todos sus ambientes , dos baños, no hacía falta más nada …pasamos unos días de descanso geniales , y el complejo es muy grande y bellísimo, sin dudas volveremos!! 10/ 10
