Fabulous Views! On a pristine stretch of pure sand beach in Las Conchas in Rocky Point. The resort has excellent Swimming pool area and community hot tub. Gourmet kitchen, nice living room, and stunning patios! Main patio is complete with private hot tub and comfortable furniture. The master suite has a King bed, large bathroom and jacuzzi tub. Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom with a walk in shower. The 3rd bedroom has a kitchenette, a Queen bed and a sofa bed! Perfect condo for the entire family!

Since our unit is in the first, most forward facing building, the view from the huge patio is one of the best views in the entire complex and it's very private.
