Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

The house has a private pool, a ping-pong and a pool table, and free use of paddle boards and kayaks. It includes staff members that will be at your service, that will do daily cooking, housekeeping, and concierge services (optional). This Home has everything you will need for a fantastic vacation.
