Beachfront studio with a beautiful terrace

Recently renovated studio located right in the heart of the Cancun hotel zone, with a beautiful terrace and a breathless ocean view near by restaurants and night live fun activities. The studio has a modern touch with a beautiful terrace to spend time and enjoy the view and the ocean sounds with a cup of coffee, some wine or simply relax in the hammock. It has two queen size beds, a sofa type bed, a well equipped kitchenet and a dining table. It also has a flat screen tv and wifi service.

Sol Dorado 9 is just a 5-minute walk from the Ultramar ferry terminal. This simple second-floor studio includes: • A queen size bed, A/C, Wi-Fi, and Roku TV (only access to Netflix, YouTube, etc.) • A private bathroom with hot water (20L capacity) • A kitchenette with basic utensils and a jug of drinking water • A small safe box for your valuables The property is owned by my mom, Pia. Marcelina, our housekeeper, is also around and happy to help if you need anything during your stay.

Condo at the foot of the beach, in the best location in the hotel zone of Cancun. Within walking distance of restaurants, shopping malls, nightclubs (COCOBONGO, MANDALA BEACH, etc.). The room is located on the top floor, in a corner, with a spectacular view of the Cancun sunsets, towards the Nichupte lagoon and to your left you can appreciate the turquoise blue of the Cancun sea. I recommend it for 2 or 3 people, since the place is small. Max 4, but they're going to feel cramped.

Bus stop, car rental and taxi service are right outside the condo.

In front of the apartment we have a public beach called Playa Caracol, which you can walk to in 5 minutes Nearby we have a supermarket, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shopping malls, pharmacies, and 24-hour establishments.
