very nice apartment, clean and pleasant amenities. well located. Giovana is very attentive and always attentive to any concerns. Although it does not have parking, we were always able to park inside the Shopping. We would definitely come back.

Natalia's depto is ideal. The area is residential and very quiet. Filled with trees. It has a warehouse that you can walk to and a supermarket shopping 2 min drive away. You can walk to the beach and it's about a 10 min drive from the peninsula. The apartment is new, very clean and comfortable. Just like you see in the photos. I really liked the size of the balcony and the open view it has. Natalia was very kind and always predisposed to everything you could need. I'd come back without hesitation.

We were a few days with my husband and the apt was wonderful, Alicia was always available to us in what we needed. As it is in a downtown area and above a shopping we had everything close, we almost didn't need to go to the beach having the sauna available. It was wonderful, ideal for a couple, we had a very nice time.

Excellent location 2 blocks from the beach and 3 from La Pastora shopping mall (which has it all). The place is super quiet and parking the van does anyone. Cleanliness is another point to highlight, everything is clean and very tasteful. At night the stove gives you a warmth that you want to stay one more night. 10 points everything! The experience of staying at Nicolas' property was excellent. The photos are just like the house, everything very neat, details taken care of to the maximum. Nicolás is an excellent host, responding quickly, making the stay easier. The environment is very cozy, the house has everything you need to spend a very pleasant few days. The house was absolutely stunning! Paula was an amazing host—responsive, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful old trees that gave it privacy and charm. The home itself was spacious with a wonderful open-concept layout. One of our favorite features was the kitchen dining area, where the large sliding doors opened up to the outdoor patio and pool area—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The backyard ofcourse was the star. The house had a few quirks, as homes sometimes do, but Paula was quick to answer any questions and made everything easy. My family loved our time there and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip down to UY!

Very attentive Lily, everything is very clean. Excellent mattress, wifi and Smart TV. Chiquito but nothing is missing, as shown in the photos. I was able to leave the car in a safe place. I would definitely come back if I need to stay in Maldonado.

The house was absolutely perfect. The WiFi was great, the pool was clean and just the right size. The landscaping and design of the house is incredible. We felt like we were in a piece of Heaven. The house is a quick walk from the beach. It’s in a lovely neighborhood, it’s really quiet and tranquil. The security system makes you feel secure when you leave. But the surroundings are really safe. The bedding and towels were soft and cozy. The kitchen and grill were a joy to cook and spend time in. We can’t wait to go back.

Excellent views. Very comfortable house, with everything you need and excellent equipment. It is located in a very quiet area. It has almost no neighbors and that gives a lot of privacy.
