The advantage of the second row is that it is protected from the wind which can be strong at times. Very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. It has a washing machine and space to dry. San Benito is a very quiet place with a beautiful beach that is 50 meters from the house with nearby access. Wifi of 60Mbs.
