Oscar was a great host. He offered great recommendations for local dining and activities. The location is walkable to a wonderful bakery for morning coffee and great for getting to anywhere in the city. It was clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place and Oscar as a host.

Recommended place, the facilities are very nice and in good condition and most importantly everything is very clean. It's close to downtown and close to the spot there are several places to eat.

The apartment is very clean and pleasant, with a beautiful view, it is a very quiet place, the pools are very clean and beautiful .. we would definitely come back

great place. Everything was very clean. They provide cleaning on a regular basis. Thi place is on a main road, so are lots of diners close by. The place was quiet. Not a lot cooking appliances, but Dayma went out of her way to provide some extra utensils. The mattress was an extra plus to our stay, our backs appreciate the firm place to rest at night. Very safe place to vacation. Getting there was a bit tricky, but once you do it once, it’s easy to get there.

I would definitely stay in this place again; IT IS not A PLACE IF YOU WANT TO REST, it is a place for someone young and wanting to live. EVERYTHING IS EXCELLENT, especially the location, close to the antros and tourist area; the views from the Rooftop ARE BEAUTIFUL. (I would only recommend, put BlackOut curtain) the nights are long and you want to sunrise without the sun in your face. 😅💯

My family and I had a wonderful week staying at Robert’s place. We truly couldn’t have chosen better. We were traveling with our one-year-old, and Robert’s place was a real gem. His assistant drove us around, prepared delicious dinners, and took us to local markets to buy fruit (the mangoes and bananas were to die for). It truly felt like an all-inclusive experience, but with the comfort of a great apartment and family-friendly surroundings.

Clean and comfortable. Comes with a King size bed! Very friendly host, we felt right at home. Thank you.

Such a cute, cozy little house! Modern and clean. The outdoor spaces, the backyard and the front patio, are so lovely. Gorgeous trees. Pictures don't do it justice. One of a few of 40+ airbnbs we stayed in, that is not just a convenient accommodation to explore the place, but a joy in itself. My son loved his outdoor office. Having stayed in different areas of Playa, including a few places in the Center, Ejidal - near park Ceiba etc, the location is our favorite - steps to the best beaches - Playa 88 and Punta Esmeralda, safe, quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood but walkable to the center - and it's a very nice walk along the 5 Av. Fast, reliable wifi - great for online work and school. Kind, friendly, responsive host. Our only regret is we couldn't give it 10* and stay longer.

This studio apartment is wonderful. Very spacious and well-designed. The area is tranquil even though it is only half a block away from 5th Avenue with plenty of restaurants, shops, and activities. The kitchen is well-supplied with everything you need for an extended stay. The balcony is a nice place to have your morning coffee as the sun comes up. The apartment is on the second floor and the large windows face west so it stays cool throughout the day with little need for AC. If you want a quiet place to stay that is within walking distance from all the activity this is it.

A unique place,an apartment located in a quiet place close to the center, close to restaurants, the beach and the supermarket. Very convenient location. We will return here. We love this place.Thank you!

Bere's condo in Playa del Carmen was excellent! We have been visiting Playa del Carmen for over 25 years and you cannot beat this location! You are close to the ADO bus stops, grocery stores (Walmart, Mega, SuperAki), amazing restaurants (El Doctorcito is one of our faves for seafood), and only 4 blocks down to the famous 5th Avenue. The condo itself was very clean, well-equipped in the kitchen with both glass and plastic plates/bowls, and of course the private rooftop pool is AMAZING! We got sun up on the rooftop from about 10am until 4:15pm, so you essentially have the best sun of the day all on your private space. Once the sun left from the rooftop, we got the rest of the day with sun on the balcony and a gorgeous sunset. Only issue we had was with the A/C unit, but rest assured a brand new unit has been installed and it works wonderfully. Bere was SO attentive and had technicians at the unit right away to fix the problem - that girl deserves a raise! 5 STAR EXPERIENCE!!

Our stay was great! We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The condo was clean and stylish. All amenities provided. It truly felt like home away from home and having 5th avenue in such close proximity just added to the experience! Any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately and with great care. We had a pleasant stay at this well located place. It offers some benefits that we really liked: The kitchen was fully equipped, also with a Nespresso machine. There is an underground car park in which we always found a parking space/24h. The elevator worked perfectly. Especially the terrace was a highlight – perfect for relaxing. Everything was very clean! A big thank you to the local contact persons who helped immediately when we lost our key. A small note: There is an event location nearby, and during our stay there were often parties that could be heard until the early morning. In addition, there is a veterinary clinic/shelter opposite the property, so you could be woken up by the barking of dogs in the morning. Despite these points, I recommend the place, especially because of the location, the amenities, and the great service! Thank you !!!

Beautiful place to spend a few days in Playa del Carmen!

Excellent location, although the transfers They could not reach the door of the building according to the address given, even though it was close to everything downtown. Perhaps add the name of the Building as a reference.

Great condo, comfortable furniture, safe and secure, walking distance to all the main playa del Carmen attractions. The WiFi was not working most of our time so we were not able to use any streaming on the smart tvs, which was a bummer in the evening. WiFi also precluded us from work at the property, we had to go to cafes, but on the bright side we found many wonderful local coffee shops and enjoyed the experience of working much more. Overall, we had an excellent experience and can’t wait to come back. Host was very responsive and friendly. Finally, the rooftop bar has delicious food and drinks, which we enjoyed immensely. Every morning we couldn’t wait to go upstairs for a swim and take in the views!

A memorable experience! Our stay in this place was most welcoming. The depa was wonderful, everything was amazing. Our host was very attentive. My family and I are super grateful and happy for our stay in such a beautiful apartment. I recommend it 100%.

Excellent accommodation. It is better in person than the pictures. Fidel is very attentive and always helped me at all times when I wrote to him. I will definitely stay here again when I get back to Playa del Carmen it is a very quiet condominium, it has times for the public areas which makes order. The apartment has all the necessary equipment to spend an excellent stay. It is close to the center of Playa del Carmen since the avenue that enters the condominium takes you all straight to the center, to get out to the road you are no less than eight minutes.
