Great place - an oasis in the city - for a large group. The communal area was incredibly relaxing and beautiful, and it felt as if it was outside the city, given the view - but it is centrally located.

The villa was incredibly gorgeous, very spacious, and super clean! we love it! the decor was simple and elegantly beautiful. the pool in the back was perfect! it was next to other villas but private enough we felt like we were secluded.

Outstanding for the price! Private, clean, quiet and very safe. I travel as a single woman and it meant a lot to me to know the property manager, Rigo was always close by. In fact both the owner & manager were quick to respond. I am not bilingual but the house manager Rigo is. I contacted them while lost in a taxi & Rigo saved the day by translating for me. Rigo gave me lots of safety tips & local recommendations. I loved all the rustic detail, the cedar doors, hand-painted tile, the wicker armoire was conveniently located right by the bathroom. The balcony was a bonus! The kitchen had everything I needed and the living room was open and bright. There is another lock off apartment somewhere on the property but I never noticed the other guest. Magnolia & Rigo made sure I felt safe, comfortable & happy throughout my stay. I loved having the laundry access.This house is a stunning art.The neighborhood is small, safe and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Perfect stay! Can’t wait to return :)

Just go ahead and book it. Safety is a must for me and I felt very safe while I was here - it’s a gated community. I was here for my birthday. I mostly communication with Ilona and she is super kind & very responsive, proactive with requests, she also recommend so many places & things to do as well as a lovely agent that helped me book my activities. She sent me pastry & a beautiful cake on my birthday which was very thoughtful. Home is gorgeous, clean. Pictures don’t do justice. 10/10 experience.

Casa Vista Del Mar was the perfect spot for our family this summer! We stayed for 2 months with two children and loved the pool and location which was a 5 minute walk from town. The beach was covered with seaweed so we didn’t go often but it was great being across the street for convenience. Gisel was so good responsive to anything we needed - highly recommend this property

We were very comfortable , its biggest plus is the location, as it is a short walk from the beach , bone you can go all day ! And it is also next to the mall , you can take daily walks, it is paradise! , the house is very spacious, the kitchen is very comfortable and good size

The place was very nice and close to all the shops. Even better than the photos.

If I could give this home 10 stars I would. I hosted a bachelorette party of 10 ladies here at casa jaguar and we had more than enough space everyone was comfortable and each room has a full bathroom. One thing we really appreciated about our stay here was the safety of the community with there being 2 security check points to enter. Our hosts stayed in communication with us the whole time whenever we needed anything they answered very promptly. Ricardo booked our taxis for us and even had snacks for us upon arrival due to our long commute from the airport due to a car accident on the way. Whenever I’m in playa I will always book with Cancún BNB it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Casa Grande was a great base for my family’s Mexico vacation. It was located in a beautiful, quiet, secure neighborhood located close to downtown Playa del Carmen but far enough removed from the hustle and bustle to be relaxing. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was nice having the pool In back so we had some privacy from neighbors. We appreciated the flexible check in and very responsive communication.

We rented the entire home, 5 bedrooms for all ten of us. We were treated like royalty by Skip, Angel, Nora and chef Nissy whom we hired to make some delicious breakfasts for us.

The location was great and safe. The condo was the perfect size for us (5 people).

Brilliant place, great location and amenities. The host is super friendly and very nice to deal with. The house was beautifully set up, with great amenities and is located in a very safe and friendly community. We had a great stay at Michelle's place and would highly recommend it to everyone!

It is an extremely comfortable and spacious house for groups or families. It has everything you need to feel at home. Maintenance and cleaning is evident. Nancy responded super fast and always attentive. We will be back for sure! 😁
