Our apartment "Haliaetum" is located in a family villa by the sea, on the walkway to the San Simon beach in Izola. Excellent location, pleasant garden with Mediterranean vegetation, cozy apartment and our desire to feel at home with us, all these are sufficient reasons to spend your holidays, a long weekend or maybe just a day in our apartment Haliaetum all-year-round. The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Just park your car in front of the house and enjoy your vacation.

We offer affordable, nice and clean apartment in Izola, the seaside of sLOVEnija. Our apartment is located on the road to Jagodje, from Simon's Bay beach in (San simon) is located less than 500m. Mercator (grocery market) is located next door. We do accept pets, but we must charge additional 10 eur/day. This fee will be paid together with turist tax and final cleaning 40 EUR at the arrival.

It was wonderful! Super easy to find - absolutely central and only 1 min to the sea! Great restaurants, cafés...bars and a wonderfully clean and family-friendly beach (about 5 minutes' walk) with round pebbles to lie on. The apartment on the 2nd floor is very cozy. Everything you need is there and friendly and nice hosts, always easily accessible and very nice! The national park is also easy to reach by bus and a short walk and is beautiful! Loved it! Thank you! We will definitely come back! 😊

Perfect. Everything was right here: amenities, super comfy beds, reception with treats and wine and a host whose answers to my questions were really lightning fast. Every request was immediately fulfilled, every suggestion was implemented, the whole family was somehow concerned for our well-being (even rolls hung on the door in the morning). A big thank you!
