La petite maison is comfortably furnished and full of rustic charm with à cantou fire place and oak floors. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, and fridgefreezer. Outside is a barbeque.

The accommodation has a sofa bed with a 140 x 190 cm mattress and a large shower. Nearby you can find all the necessary amenities. The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from a bakery and the square where a farmers' market is held on Saturday mornings. Two supermarkets are a 10-minute drive from the property.

A fireplace with a pellet insert in the main room will warm you up in winter. The kitchen is very functional with many amenities. The garage is available for your bikes, etc...

On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

Living room: 37 m2, bright with soft and relaxing colors with very well-equipped kitchen area and comfortable relaxation area. Bedrooms: approx. 10 m2, in warm or pastel colors with double bed. Bathroom: 6 m2, shower, sink, toilet and storage.

Aubos Manor

Le Manoir de l'Aubos is an old 18th century Auvergne building located in a peaceful country village in the heart of the Salers countryside. This cottage can accommodate up to 9 adults and offers an unobstructed view of the green countryside. Close to downtown Pleaux (800 meters) and all amenities and services. Municipal pool 3 min drive or less than 15 min walk.
