The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

We felt right at home at your beautiful Cocon, which is located in a quiet area and is very loving and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much, especially the cozy living room and the full equipped kitchen. Checking in was very convenient and communication very well. The location is ideal and the view breathtaking! Well equipped and well arranged apartment. Comfortable bedding. Accommodation rocked by the sound of waves. Morgane is prompt, flexible and pleasant in her communication. The only small downside for us: about twenty steps to climb with our senior dog. This is the price of the magical view.

Apartment booked to offer a week's vacation as a gift to my mother-in-law. Yves and Annick were adorable, they even offered to arrive the day before graciously!! And when we arrived at the accommodation, there were lots of little touches for her, homemade strawberry tartlet and apple pie prepared with great kindness, a small bouquet of flowers on the table, Yves carried my mother-in-law's luggage to the apartment when we arrived, in short Yves and Annick are really very kind, very human hosts and thanks to them and their very nice apartment with its magnificent view, my mother-in-law had a superb week's vacation! My husband and I thank them enormously for all this kindness and well-being that has done her a lot of good. We recommend these hosts to anyone who cares about the comfort of their tenants and extreme kindness.

Very nice apartment with nice view of the marina, decorated with care and equipped with everything we needed. A rare bonus in Airbnbs: the host has an eye for detail, thinking of lots of little things that may be missing during a stay in a small box (charger, spare toothbrushes, sanitary protection, etc.). The owner is also accommodating and available to answer our questions. A big thank you to her. We had a great stay in Erquy in Pascale's beautiful apartment. The apartment was perfectly equipped, clean, comfortable, and nothing was missing. (apart from WiFi, however my partner and I did not need it) — Pascale even thought of different small attentions beyond the necessary. She was very responsive, warm and caring, even taking the time to write to us to make sure we arrived safely. Thank you so much for the great hospitality! My partner and I highly recommend them. We had a great time. The apartment is very well-equipped. We found everything we needed. For example, baking paper for the oven etc. The bedding is extremely good. The apartment is really spacious and the view is beautiful! Pléneuf and the beach are within walking distance. We recommend it +++

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very well and took the time to give us all the tips and good plans to make our stay as good as possible. We will definitely go back next time!

We had a great time at Stephy's house who is a very charming host and always attentive, who gave us very good tips. It was a pleasure to stay at his apartment which is more than central. No need to take the car to go for the small morning errands, close to the beach, lots of good restaurants nearby. Stephy has always been responsive to our questions. Her place is full of everything and is beautifully decorated. We thank Stephy for his welcome, his little gift upon arrival and for sure, we will be back. Great stay, we highly recommend it!
