DER perfekte Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Stuttgart, aber auch unserer Weinregion. Die S-Bahn in die City erreicht ihr in nur 10 Fußminuten. Ihr wohnt in einem separaten Bereich im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses mit eigenem Zugang und kleiner Terrasse fernab jeglichen Straßenverkehrs. Wir bewohnen mit unseren 2 Kids (3 und 7 Jahre) das Obergeschoss.

This 1-room apartment with a very quiet location in Hochdorf is accessible through a separate entrance. It features a double bed (140) with TV, a well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, two hotplates, toaster and mini oven. The separate bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has a small terrace in the countryside.
