Cosy Lewes Studio

Situated at the foot of the South Downs in the historic town of Lewes, you will find our cosy studio. This self-contained space, is ideal for 1 or two people to enjoy a restful stay with a newly appointed kitchen and bathroom. It has its own private entrance and outside seating area. A bus service to Brighton and universities is a 5 minute walk away. The train station and Lewes town Centre are about a 10 minute walk away. Easy access to walk and bike rides in the South Downs National Park.

Beacon View Annex

Set at the foot of the South Downs national park this tiny but perfectly formed annex is an ideal base for walking and cycling. Explore the quiet country lanes or walk the South Downs way. After an energetic day sit on the patio and watch the sun set. Or relax around the wood burner. In addition historic Ditchling with it’s gastro pubs and museum is a short walk. Alternatively there is Lewes to explore, an easy drive away or vibrant Brighton with its variety of amenities and attractions.

The Garden Room

The annex is a detached building with a key safe and separate entrance situated in a very quiet part of the historic county town of Lewes. There is very little passing traffic and as we’re on the outskirts it’s about a 20 mins walk to the centre of the town but are very close to the South Downs, a 5 minute walk away and the gateway to the South Down way and the National Park. (Smoking only allowed outside) Close to Brighton and good access to public transport and a main line to London.

Welcome to Little Strollings, set in Plumpton Green, a quiet Sussex village, the perfect base to explore the South Downs Way, Brighton, the market town of Lewes, the numerous beaches, stunning country-side and great local pubs! This beautiful, newly renovated, studio barn is a perfect break for couples, families, walkers, cyclists and runners alike. Mainline station with direct trains to Gatwick and London Victoria. DOGS are only allowed if booked in, at a charge of £15 per stay.

Large pristine 17m heated pool, countryside views

Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool, heated from 1st April to Sept end 2025, (pool open Oct-Mar but not heated). Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner and large patio and fire pit outside. Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport.

Kenningham

This is a detached converted garage with a bedroom and a shower room in a lovely part of town. It is 10 minutes walk from the centre of Lewes, 15 minutes walk from the train station, and 10 minutes walk from the South Downs. There is a private entrance around the side of the main house, with a key safe box by the door. It is not appropriate for people with mobility issues however, as there is a step at the entrance. Guests can use the offstreet parking in front of the house.

The Plumpton Piglet

The Plumpton Piglet is a cosy yet contemporary space inspired by many happy stays at The Pig Hotel. With Little Green's Sage on the walls and Bert and May tiles, a comfortable king size bed (with new 'Emma' mattress), every effort has been made to ensure your stay is memorable and comfortable. The views stretching along the South Downs National Park are quite breathtaking all year round and you can enjoy the views from a private terrace under an ancient oak.

Unique Wooden Cabin in Lewes

This unique and beautifully hand crafted cabin has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Lewes, the historic county town of Sussex. The cabin is located in our large garden with access via a side gate next to the main house. We are situated on a quiet road, with incredible views of the countryside and off-road parking. The centre of Lewes is a 15 minute walk away or your can be on the South Downs within 5 minutes.
