We had an amazing stay here! There was a group of 6 of us (one on the couch) + a dog. Melissa was so sweet and easy to communicate with. They left us a bottle of wine and local snacks, plus had tons of great recommendations! The house had ample space (the downstairs was way more spacious than the photos looked!) and the house was stocked with pantry staples, coffee/tea, games, books, beach towels, etc. They were even nice enough to let us borrow beach chairs for the day! The location was central and a close drive to nice beaches and good restaurants, and the neighborhood was nice for walking in the mornings. Friendly neighbors too! Would recommend to any friends or family!

This was exactly what we were looking for--it was equal distant from vineyard haven and oaks bluff, right along the bus route. We ended up renting bikes and biking to and from different towns, which was amazing. Theda was extremely responsive and even let us check in and out when we needed. We'll definitely stay here again when we're in town!

Walking into this place was a breath of fresh air. Literally. From billowy curtains to magazine-worthy decor. Clean, clean, clean from top to bottom without heavily scented cleaners or air fresheners. Thick towels, thick rugs, shiny floors, mirror reflected light and beautiful farm land views. We didn't lack for anything. Perfection.

I enjoyed my stay at Roger and Margi's place. Had a huge apartment all to myself and it had everything one could need! I especially liked the lockbox so that I didn't have to worry about losing the keys. The towels were definitely better than towels at other places. Loved the outdoor shower! The bed was comfortable and everything was squeaky clean! The location was easy to find, but to get the most out of this location, you would need a car as it's not very walkable, but it was a peaceful oasis that I appreciated! People with mobility challenges would have problems accessing the unit, but it was well described ahead of time. My only negative feedback was that it would have been great to know what was expected when checking out. I left early and wasn't sure how to proceed. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend!

The space was larger than expected based on the photos. Everything was clean and well-prepared for guests, including wifi instructions. It was also nice to have the mini-split A/C option. Anne communicated very pleasantly every step of the way.

This quaint home was perfect for my birthday getaway! We hadn’t been back to this area for 18 years & were delighted that it’s still such a lovely place to relax. We didn’t spend much time in the home because we were busy exploring - Hyannis, Provincetown, Martha’s Vineyard and strolling around. We loved seeing the wild turkeys that live in the area. Would absolutely recommend Jon’s place to anyone visiting the area.

Priscilla‘s place was wonderful and exactly as described. She greeted us when we arrived and made sure we knew where everything was to enjoy our stay. My mother and I loved waking up to the sound of birds outside and looking at the beautiful scenery. It was very cozy despite the unusually chilly spring weather. I hope I get a chance to stay there again next time I’m in the area.

Peter was an amazing host. My son and I were there in June. His place looked exactly what the photos portrayed and the descriptions were accurate. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the red line which takes you right into downtown Boston. We walked everywhere. The place was clean and had all the amenities that anyone could ask for. Peter was very gracious and fast to respond to any questions I may have had. If I’m ever back in Boston, I would certainly stay at his place again. Thanks Peter for making our stay enjoyable.

Fabulous stay! Warm and welcoming. Even better than the photos! Great shower,comfortable bed and very responsive hosts. Walk to college hill and lots of cute shops nearby.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Dawn's Airbnb. It was an affordable room that was easy to travel to and from Newport for our trip. Clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Dawn was an excellent host and very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at this sweet accommodation - parking was very convenient and easy, the space itself was wonderful, and the tranquil private patio and backyard was such a nice added touch for evening enjoyment! Would absolutely stay here again.

We booked the same day we needed to stay. She was super easy to communicate with, responded quickly and gave exact descriptions of how to check in. That was very helpful as we checked in after 9pm. This is the first stay I’ve had within the private home of the host and it exceeded my expectations. We felt very comfortable during our stay.

We needed a convenient & comfortable place to stay close to the airport & this place provided just that. We appreciated the well stocked kitchenette which was a nice touch.

Diana is the best host ever. Thoughtful, as in yogurt and blueberries waiting for me because I came in late, and texted me when a package had arrived. Location can't be beat, steps from Harvard and Harvard Square. The Dyson cool and heat was magnificent, and I'm going to buy myself one. Great stay, I would stay again in a heartbeat.

This Airbnb is the perfect location and has the added bonus of being adorable! You can walk to everything in downtown Newport and don’t have to worry about parking. Lisel messaged each day to ensure we had everything we needed and gave wonderful suggestions on what to do in the area.

The home was comfortable, quiet, a great location and everything in the house works. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great layout, plenty of room, high end appliances- comfortable beds and pristine bathroom! You won’t be disappointed staying here with easy access to Lexington center.

Enjoyed the quiet and convenience.. has a simple routine of return to nest each time i came back to room. If i may suggest, perhaps can swop the bed with the couch (foldable sofa) as if its a studio/1 bdr apt.. (very adequate for single/couple) think works too if treated as 2 rms, as the second room space is more flexible.. To be fair, this being Brown Commencement wkend, the prices not representative year round.

Stephanie was an amazing host - very responsive, have great recommendations and was super helpful. Place was clean and easy to get in and out with lots to do near by!

Look no further - book this spot. We have stayed in many Airbnbs in this area and this is definitely the nicest one. Spotlessly clean, thoughtfully furnished, modern, comfortable bed, located where we needed to be and great communication. I like the “no indoor shoes” policy, which kept things quiet for everyone. I’ve stayed at a few places in Boston….when she mentioned free street parking I was a little nervous, knowing how parking in Boston can be… This was a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking… Apartment was clean and well furnished…just a reminder this is a basement apartment with the owners living on the floor above you…so you do hear them moving around…didn’t bother us, but something to consider if you are expecting a quiet space…

Great stay, very clean, coffee shop walking distance away as well as other restaurants. Worth noting is the sound of gleeful pitterpattering of a young child upstairs.
