ideal for our needs , very clean comftable stylish , happily visit again

I was pleasantly surprised how nice the place was. The photos don't really show how cosy the place is. The whole set up is small, but surprisingly has everything you need, even a small twisting hanger to dry my socks, shorts and tshirt after my run every day. The shower is lovely and hot but sadly the sink is awkward to use, but I managed ok as I am flexible ! There is a pub just a stones throw away and 4 different take-away places within a minutes walk. The bed is amazingly comfortable and I slept well, even one night in the torrential rain. I couldn't believe I couldn't hear the rain. I woke early most mornings to sunshine and singing birds and enjoyed my breakfast outside in the private lawn area. I'm delighted to have found this little gem and will most certainly be back.

we have a lovely time, we arrive to a congratulations card as this was our mini moon after getting married. couldn't do enough for us. would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again :)

Louise and the accommodation were fantastic and none of our queries were too much trouble; she even let us pop our bags in early so we could get to our event on time. If I’m ever heading up Plymouth again I wouldn’t hesitate to reuse. Thank you so much. Strongly recommend!
