Costa Lourens was born by recovering an ancient farmhouse from 1832 in Costa Lorenzo, in the heart of the Valdesi Valleys, at an altitude of 750 meters, surrounded by chestnut woods. In 2004, the accommodation business began with an independent accommodation. Since 2014, completing the renovation of the property (exposed wooden beams, slate roof, local stone masonry) the restaurant service is active. The hot tub, located in a covered outdoor space, is available in the summer months.

Annex - Country cottage

Cà Littoria is a 1900 country house, located on a quiet hill with a striking view of the valley overlooking the Panaro river. It has 9 hectares of land owned by us, where you can take countless walks along paths, roads, woods, and depending on the season, spot hawks, owls, squirrels, roe deer, foxes and wild boars. Our guests will stay in the annex, the owners live in the adjacent part.

My flat is on a tipical genoese pedestrian path, it has independent entrance, a large equipped terrace. The panorama is right above porto antico. Having the funicular at short walking distance it is very well connected with the historical centre. Unfortunately in summer 2025 the funicular is under historical maintenance, it is still availbale a replacemente bus service.
