A large open space of 300 sqm, obtained from an ancient 18th-century stable that is part of the historic Palazzo Secco Pastore from the second half of the 15th century. Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

The bedroom has two terraces, one of which is large, overlooking the historic center of Mantua. A third terrace is also present in the kitchen. In the house you will find everything you need, from an excellent internet connection to a fully equipped kitchen. Private garage available.

The apartment, renovated in 2016, is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium, thermo-autonomous and air-conditioned. Clean and sanitized.
