L'abitazione è a Crema, dista 45 km da Milano. La fermata del Bus per Milano è a 100 metri. Il centro storico dista circa 1.5 km. A 400 metri ci sono servizi quali: farmacia - supermercati (Eurospin, Ipercoop) - tabaccheria e un osteria/Pub "dal barbarossa" dove puoi gustare piatti tipici locali, frequentato da turisti stranieri e Italiani- Pizzeria - Chiesa - Parrucchiere A 100 metri sul retro della casa si può ragginguere un Parco pubblico, per praticare sport all'aria aperta o rilassarsi.

We are located in Marghera, the most convenient location to reach Venice (and not only!) from the mainland: the bus stop is 3' walk, the train station 10'. The journey takes about 13'. Villa Grifone

L'alloggio si trova in una villetta a schiera ristrutturata nel 2019, in una tranquilla zona residenziale. Poco distante si trovano le Terme Virgilio, spiagge libere e supermercati. Il Centro Storico è raggiungibile in pullman. Al piano terra: ampio soggiorno con zona pranzo, cucina abitabile completamente attrezzata comunicante con la terrazza posteriore, bagno di servizio con lavatrice. Al primo piano: tre camere da letto, bagno con vasca e doccia. Box auto disponibile su richiesta.

La Casa di Olga

My accommodation is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families (with children). It is located both in the center of the village and in the center of the park of the Po Delta, which has recently become a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The sea is a few kilometers away (ca 10 min). Boat trips are available in the area. The house offers 6 bicycles for excursions in the Mesola grove and in the many cycle paths in the area. For more info, I'll be here to help.

The Azaleas

From today we are greens, we have activated the photovoltaic panels. Apartment with large rooms on the edge of Ticino Park, in a very quiet area. Parking space at the entrance of the property reserved for guests. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden available for guests. The bike path, which crosses Pavia along the Ticino, passes in front of the house. For safety, for younger guests on the upper floor, a special gate closes the staircase.

Peace and quiet in the city

From a typical Bolognese house of the early 1900s, we have created this apartment equipped with every comfort. Despite being on the ground floor, it is very bright, security is guaranteed by railings on all windows and an armored gate at the front door. In the countryside with lots of tranquility, fallow deer, hares, wild boars and other animals that can be spotted from the house. There are paths for nature walks. At the time of check in we will request a photo ID or passport to check in and also will collect €4 “tassa di soggiorno Venezia Italia”(tourist city taxes) per person per night. Exception person 10-15yo will be charged €2 and children under 10yo are exempt. However the fee is discontinued after 5 consecutive days of stay.
