Beachfront holiday rentals in Llanes

Really good place to stay, very quiet, very clean and good local amenities. Slightly disappointing outlook but it was of little consequence due to its location. Gijon is a great place for sight seeing, food and shopping and this flat allows easy access to all as well as the beach. Raquel's video instructions to get in were brilliant and saved a lot of angst at the initial entrance so follow them and not the ones provided by Airbnb. We would definitely book this flat again especially as it is a properly registered tourist let.

Una pasada. Ideal para personas y familias que quieran huir del barullo y la muchedumbre de los sítios turísticos y que quiera disfrutar de la naturaleza. La estancia en casa de Javier fué muy buena. Javier és un gran anfitrión y nos sentimos muy agusto e incluso bajamos un dia a comer al restaurante que regenta, donde pudimos disfrutar de un menú autenticamente Asturianu. Si quieres hacer rutas andando, tranquilidad y naturaleza, este es el sitio, y té encantará. Sin lugar a dudas, repetiriamos lugar y anfitrión.

El alojamiento estaba situado muy cerca de la playa. En las inmediaciones había muchos comercios locales, además de supermercados y una farmacia abierta 12 horas. Además, había una zona para poder sacar a pasear a la mascota.

Todo perfecto tal cual las fotos, belén estuvo pendiente en todo momento, la llegada fue fácil y la zona muy tranquila.

Perfekte Unterkunft um Gijon und Asturien anzuschauen. Der Strand ist gleich gegenüber und alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, spart es Stress ,da ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage inklusive ist. Gute Restaurants und Cafés sind in der Nähe. Marte ist sehr nett und hat uns direkt viele Empfehlungen aus der Umgebung zugesendet.

Place was amazing absolutely had everything to make you feel at home... All the little details and comforts were greatly appreciated... Would stay there next time we are in the city...🥰

Elenas apartment is amazing, located in the great place on the 11th floor and have amazing view of the ocean! Communication was awesome and we felt home. Lots of nice restaurants around the apartment and also many groceries! Highly recommended and hope to visit again soon

La ubicación de la casa es ideal para pasar un fin de semana en grupo. Casa amplia, decorada con muy buen gusto y con todo los utensilios necesarios. Ubicada en un lugar muy tranquilo y a apenas 5 minutos caminando de una pequeña cala. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Sin duda volveré a Suances y si America tiene disponible su apartamento allí estaré. El apartamento precioso, buenas vistas, bien situado (cerca del paseo maritimo), todas las comodidades para sentirte como en casa, si hasta nos dejo pan, magdalenas, café... todo pensando para que puedas desayunar al día siguiente (y algún día más). America nos recibió con toda la amabilidad del mundo, nos explico todo lo del apartamento y alrededores y estuvo atenta al teléfono si necesitabamos algo. Nos llevamos un recuerdo maravilloso y ganas de repetir.

Cristina’s place is very clean and well kept. The location is amazing to enjoy the town and the view is incredible. She provided many recommendations for restaurants and activities nearby.

We had 6 nights in this large and rural house. It’s perfect for family stays with 3 separate bedrooms but the main attraction is outside, there is so much outside seating / dining with the pool, trampoline and play house. It’s in a very quiet area, really the only passing people are there to see the bufones. It was hard to locate the house initially but after that, the hosts were fantastic to deal with. A great, relaxing stay!

Todo va estupendo. Estás como en casa. Las dueñas son muy amables y muy atentas. La casa está genial bien cuidada y al mínimo detalle. Volveremos seguro.

Raul's place in Gijón is spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are excellent views across the road to the beach and ocean. The area is highly walkable and complete with many restaurants. If arriving by car there is a nearby underground garage called Parking Jardines del Náutico where you can make an advance reservation online at telpark and get a good rate.

Maison très agréable avec une vue sur l océan à couper le souffle . Située à 300m de la plage c est un endroit paisible. La maison est très bien équipée et on y trouve une sérénité. L hôte est très sympa et a l écoute. Je recommande ce logement

What a wonderful place! hard to imagine ever getting tired of the views across the river to San Vicente town with the beach in the foreground and the Picos de Europa mountains in the background from this wonderful little apartment. Great communication throughout - would absolutely love to come back.

Muchas gracias, Tico! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön trotz altem Gebäude - das hat total Charme. ☺️ Vor dem Fenster hört man die friedlichen Schafe und man hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Tico war sehr kommunikativ und freundlich. Die Anfahrt funktioniert mit einem Campervan gut, ein grösseres Auto passt allerdings nicht durch die engen Gassen. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for both everyday living and cooking (the only thing missing was a kettle, but that wasn’t a big deal). The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and many cafes around. The host Pablo was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

He viajado sola, para desconectar y relajarme. La experiencia ha sido magnífica, el entorno del apartamento espectacular, ha súperado mis expectativas de sobra. Alba iba todos los días a hacer su trabajo y siempre atenta por si necesitaba cualquier cosa, una niña muy dulce y agradable. El dueño del apartamento también estaba al tanto si necesitaba cualquier cosa. Me he ido con mucha penita pero con ganas de volver otra vez. Lo recomiendo totalmente!! Para mí a sido una experiencia única e inolvidable!!

Ariane's 2nd floor flat offered both spacious comfort and convenience for our holiday. Views of Llanes' historic port and surrounding seaside and mountains were absolutely stunning. The location was ideal, with easy access to many restaurants serving delicious local cuisine like fabada and cider, bakeries with everything from traditional baked goods to exquisite pastries, plenty of ways to explore historic caves and architecture, and of course the beautiful Picos de Europa. Ariane and her assistant were incredibly friendly and helpful (in multiple languages!), providing us with great info about local attractions and amenities. Ariane was also very accommodating, assisting us in finding a reliable Wi-Fi connection. Whether you're looking to relax on the beach, hike through the mountains, or immerse yourself in Spanish culture, this Airbnb is an excellent choice. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking an authentic holiday experience in northern Spain.
