Great place, clean, nice location, many nice toiletry extras (toothbrush, toothpaste, makeup wipes, etc.). Would book again. Only negative was where the parking spot was located, but a very minor inconvenience, and the apt was a little warm even with the A/C on high. Host’s recommendations were also spot on.

Private retreat. Fantastic movie theatre that was a big hit with everyone. Loved watching the deer and the birds. Helpful amenities if you have mobility issues. Samuel was responsive and caring-a great host!

This place is perfect for rural dwellers who enjoy the woods and mountains and especially their privacy. I enjoyed my stay here as I’m suffering through a long term injury. Very peaceful. Within 30 minutes of a few major cities so there is plenty of extra to do. Easy to get to stores and good food in the area. Price of the stay is a bit expensive but worth it. Will stay again. PoconoJo’s was an amazing house! I have very high standards and this house was an excellent place for our vacation. It was spotless, had very comfortable beds, beautiful design and layout with big windows and a huge deck to enjoy the outdoors. And the deck had great lounge and dining furniture. The amenities were great from the big things to little details - everything you needed to cook a great meal in the kitchen, laundry supplies, board games, a whole set of supplies for going to the beach on the lake (chairs, towels, cooler, etc). And the little things were there as well - extra sunglasses, reading glasses, pickleball equipment, etc. The neighborhood was so peaceful, and the home is in a great location- just minutes from downtown Jim Thorpe and outdoor activities (like biking and rafting). Mandy was a great host - we were celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday and she left a generous gift bag with flowers for when we arrived. It truly was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend it!
