Solis Rogoznica - house of peace and sunsets!

Solis Rogoznica is a charming stone house, thoughtfully built using stones gathered from the hills overlooking Rogoznica. Nestled among olive trees on a hillside, it is just a 3-minute drive (12 minute walk) from the main road and the nearest beach. With its traditional green shutters—a true symbol of Dalmatian heritage—the house captures the timeless spirit of the region. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers complete tranquility, complemented by breathtaking sunsets each evening.

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

The house have 3 rooms, 2 rooms with bedroom bed ( 160*200), and in 3.room bed (80*200). There is also a fold out couch in living room for one person, bathroom, the kitchen and a balcony with a great sea view. The kitchen have ,a cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffie machine. Moreover it is equipped with air conditioning, satelit TV and wi-fi.
