Ivana was an excellent host and she responded to all our messages promptly and was extremely helpful. We visited as 6 adults. The property is essentially two apartments. One on the top floor with two bedrooms and one on the ground floor. Both very clean and tidy The pool house is a lovely feature with amazing views of Sunmartin. There are two restaurants and a bar within walking distance and Sunmartin is a 5 minute drive away (approx another 6 restaurants and bars). Tommy's supermarket is also 5 minutes drive away. There are lots of areas locally to swim in the fantastic clear blue sea. Ivana ensures her guests have everything they need to enjoy their time in Selca. If you are looking for an unspoilt part of the world that hasn't yet been hit by tourism then look no further than Villa Diamond.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

I had a great stay at Tom’s villa! It’s in a beautiful setting with incredible views of the Adriatic and the mountains in the distance, with a sparkling pool and vineyards in between - stunning! Shops and restaurants nearby were open during the first few days of my stay but closed down in early October. Plenty of great restaurants in Jelsa though which was still walking distance from the villa (3km). Tom had wine, and other drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table prior to checking which was so appreciated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking (spices, oils, etc). Don’t hesitate, if you’re looking for a great villa in a perfect setting, book Villa Tomic!

We had a very nice stay at the villa! The villa is located in a quiet area where everything is easily accessible. Marko is a super nice host, very accommodating, warm and always available for a recommendation/tip 👍🏻 The villa is well maintained and clean.

We loved having a private patio and pool. We used the kitchen a lot and had a great time here. The hosts were super helpful and we responsive. I'd recommend having a rental car here as the road to get here is steep at times. The view was so wonderful and was a big reason we decided to stay here as well.

Fantastic nice place, absolutely lived up to expectations. Beautiful view! All we needed in terms of facilities. Very practical with three bedrooms + three bathrooms. A little annoying with barking from dogs in the distant neighborhood, but nothing that spoiled the good overall impression. We will gladly come back and can safely recommend the place to others. Perfect for a family of 5-6 people.

We were a family of 10 people who had a great stay at the house. Everything was up to expectations and the host was really turned on and accommodating. In mid-May there were very little people and activities in the area, and all of the kiosks and bars along the beach were closed (except for the shooko and the neighbor). It was a bit too far to walk to the store to shop for goods and a bit far to walk to Omis. Would think there is more activity and possibilities in high season:) Otherwise, great house we had a great time in.

It was wonderful. The best and most quiet AirBNB I've ever visited. You are connected with Nature. The only thing you can here are the animals while enjoying the beautiful view of the hills. Everything was perfectly clean. You've everything you need. They really thought about every detail. The garden is phenomenal. If you need help Glorija will be there in minutes. With recommendations and all you need. All in all it was a 6/5 experience. You won't regret it. But you have to like the abundance and you need a car if you want to visit cool spots. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Ivan and Tihana were not just incredible hosts, but extremely kind people. The Airbnb was beautiful, clean and the location was perfect. Brela is stunning and we will be going back for sure. There were small details that we loved like the homemade extra virgin olive oil to cook with and the complimentary beers (even though we don’t really drink) lastly, they have a paddle board with all the equipment which we could use whenever. This was amazing as you would normally have to hire something like this at the beach. I could go on, but if you are staying in Croatia, look no further than this gorgeous Airbnb hosted by lovely people.

A wonderful oasis of peace. You hear nothing but the sounds of nature and the view never gets boring. You imagine yourself in the middle of nowhere, but you are provided with all comforts and you drive by car for 40 minutes to all the nice villages.

Very nice accommodation. Highly recommended! What is nice is that you can easily walk to the village where you have all kinds of restaurants, small supermarkets and a cozy little harbor. Highly recommended to rent a boat locally. 1 point for improvement is the limited cabinet space for your clothes. There were four of us and then 1 closet is a little bit. One tip is to order the food of the owner's mother. It's really delicious!

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Milena and Mirko’s villa. From the moment we arrived, Milena made us feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality was truly above and beyond – always available, kind, generous and full of advice and local secrets.  Mirko was equally lovely – a kind-hearted host who regularly checked on the villa to make sure everything was perfect. He even brought us thoughtful little gifts during our stay, which made us feel extra special. The villa itself is immaculately maintained. The pool and hot tub are outstanding, and the outdoor summer kitchen is a dream come true – perfect for cooking and relaxing in the stunning surroundings. The view from the villa gave us a true sense of peace and escape. We can't recommend this place enough. It’s clear that Milena and Mirko put their hearts into hosting this villa. We would definitely return.

Location was perfect! You walk down some stairs right into cobblestone alleyways and shops and cafes. Even around this area our unit was always quiet. The beds were extremely cozy and the view was beautiful. Internet and Netflix was easy to use and I loved being able to wash clothes! We wish we could have stayed longer!

Fantastic place! We will definitely want to come back. Everything is as described, beautiful view from the terrace, parking by the building, 20m to the beach, washer and dryer so you can wash things. Next to small eateries, a store, it's definitely worth coming here for longer!

Such kind lovely hosts. Matko and Paula were so helpful starting by picking me up and dropping me off to the bus station. It is a bit of a walk so much appreciated with my bag. The apartment is spotless, and has an amazing veranda with a peak view of the sea. It’s very easy walking along the boardwalk into the centre, there are many restaurants and bars along the way. The beach is also on your doorstep. Close by us a supermarket and a bakery. I loved my time here and look forward to coming back.

We spent an incredible 6 nights here. The views are out of this world. We loved the easy access to Sveta Nedilja's small but beautiful beach just below the house. The property has so many options for outside seating and lounging, and every corner is as beautiful as the next. We also loved the local restaurant, a 2 minute walk away! Marija is a wonderful, warm and kind host who made us feel so welcome. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Lovely Villa, beautiful outdoor space with pool and sun terrace. Lovely access to the sea via Beach with padel board and kayak. Very nice spot.

We had a wonderful stay at Ante’s place! The home was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway, and I appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the space, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The host was responsive and accommodating, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The only minor issue was that the internet connection was a bit slow at times, and mobile data didn’t work as well as expected, but it didn’t take away from the charm of the stay. It’s a great spot if you’re looking to unplug and enjoy some downtime. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene escape!

Božena's place is very comfortable and nicely decorated. they did a great job with the house. the pool area is very nice.

This villa is heaven! The views and outdoor space are beyond amazing. We already want to come back. The hosts are so friendly and offered to get groceries for us and fresh fish if we wanted. The mini apartment room downstairs is a nice treat as well. Book a rental car for the island, you will be on a quiet end of the island & need transportation. You will not regret booking this place!!

It's the best seaview I ever seen from apartments and everything other was very good as I expected. It's really nice place to combine work and rest (sure if you could ressists the amazing seaview :) )

Tea is a great host who responds very quickly and fulfills all the wishes of her guests. There is a beautiful view from the terrace, the place is quite private and very peaceful. The distance to sea is not far however it is quite a climb up, so elderly people who are not that fit should be aware. We were otherwise happy and again Tea is a great host.
