Holiday rentals with beach access in Podgorica

The apartment was as described, everything you need for a few days. Communication with Igar was great. We always found a parking space in front of the house. Since the apartment is on the top floor, you have to take a few steps. On foot, you can quickly reach the promenade and the markets via a few small paths between the houses.

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was clean and comfortable and a short walk to the beaches. Nadya was very helpful and always quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Well furnished apartment equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Great location with a supermarket in the building and across the street from the beach. Absolutely fantastic and responsive host who was in touch before and during my stay. Very highly recommended.

The accommodation is located in the heights with a view of the beautiful lake in a very quiet area. We were welcomed by an extraordinary woman who does not speak English but who kindly offered us drinks, cakes and fruit. We went to the private beach by the small path, it was amazing. I recommend the accommodation, you just have to keep in mind that there is nothing to cook at all apart from a fridge and that the first restaurants are in Rijeka, 10 min by car.

The two of us enjoyed this expansive flat right above the beach promenade for a wonderful week of walking swimming in the sea, and sampling of a variety of restaurants up and down a very walkable coast. While the two bedrooms are more than we needed, it was great to feel that there was so much interior space not only in the bedrooms and bathrooms, but also a huge balcony where we spent many hours watching the world go by. We had cafés and restaurants that were literally two minutes outside of our door, and an endless beach and sea to swim in. There’s also a quick water taxi that can take you into old town Budva if you don’t want to walk the 4 km., and obviously taxis can take you back for the short ride. We will definitely stay here again! So amazingly, relaxing with great sun and sea!

The cottage was charming and reminded me of holidays by the sea. The accommodation is in the Podgorica Stara Varoš area, which is the oldest part of the city with a still rural character, but very close to the center and everything you need. The surroundings and the proximity of the river add a specific charm to the place. The cottage has everything you need upon arrival and during your stay, as if you were coming home. There is also a courtyard with seating. Only a few of the surrounding houses are inhabited, so there is complete privacy, and at the same time there are neighbors around, so the place felt very safe for me as a woman traveling alone. If I ever return to Podgorida, I will definitely rent this cottage again.

If you are looking for a remote and beautiful place by the lake this place is perfect. Lidija and her family are kind and made us wonderful food and drinks for a weekend and showed us great hospitality. We got picked up by boat (make sure you don’t take too much baggage when you go) and had a little tour on the lake which was amazing. There was some issues with electricity but they quickly fixed it for us and we had a comfortable stay!

We had an incredible time at this beautiful villa! The infinity pool with its stunning sea views was definitely a highlight, and the lush garden surrounding the house created a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. We spent a lot of time on the upstairs terrace, enjoying drinks and soaking in the views. Inside, the villa was just as impressive—spacious and tastefully decorated with unique vintage lamps. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the games room was a fun bonus for movie nights. The bedrooms were all comfortable, and the marble bathrooms were a nice touch of luxury. The location was perfect too—private, yet just a short drive to nearby beaches, charming towns, and great restaurants. We loved being able to walk to the beach in just 10-15 minutes. This villa was the perfect place for a family holiday, and we can’t wait to return!

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). This place was exactly what we were looking for after a busy 5 days on the Montenegrin coastline. The location suited us perfectly for a peaceful end to our already amazing trip, with the calmness of the river and the array of wildlife making it extra special. The house very spacious with plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors. Although Drazen does not speak English, the daughter was able to translate and offer support with any issues we had and Drazen himself was incredibly kind and would help with any matter or issue. The local breakfast made for us every morning was the perfect way to start the day. If you also have additional time, go to lake skadar and take a tour of the lake, it’s only a 30 minute drive. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm retreat! A true hidden gem.

So peaceful and lovely! Plenty for the kids with the pool, hammock and trampolining, plus go carting 8 mins drive away and the beautiful scenery, stunning!

We loved it here! Felt right at home from the beginning. Perfect for a family with two teenagers. We walked down to the small beach the first night and it was lovely not busy or touristy. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is new and spotless. Beautiful views out of all the windows. Zdravko and his mom Bela were very responsive and kind. One of the BEST Airbnbs we’ve stayed at.

We like apartment very much - very clean, well-equipped. The owner Carolina is very helpful, gave us advices and answered within 5 minutes. The photos are real. The only problem was slow internet but it is even better as we did not spend much time scrolling phones. The parking lot is a good advantage as it is really challenging to find a parking space in this area.

We had a lovely stay at this place. Description and pictures are consistent with the apartment. The latter is very well located in the small town of Rijeka (close to a convenience store, restaurants and the river). Ivana is very good tips for restaurants nearby and is very responsive when we have a question. She also advised us to take a boat ride with her dad at sunset on Lake Skadar. Amazing experience, which we highly recommend! You can book your stay with Ivana without a second thought.

An unmentioned highlight is the direct view of the picturesque Adriatic island of St. Stefan, a fishing village from the 15th century. The view of the majestic Lovćen Mountains is also impressive. The perfect location opens up a breathtaking view of the sea and the bay. Even in bad weather, there is plenty to enjoy: a beautiful swimming pool and a spa area with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi invite you to relax. The well-equipped gym completes the offer. Due to the steep topography, it is recommended to rent a vehicle. The friendly staff of the complex will be happy to assist you with any concerns. Absolutely recommended!
