Peaceful place up in the mountains with very good sun conditions. Short way down to the nearest places where all the amenities existed. Many nice beaches only 10-15 minutes drive away. If you want other excursions such as waterfalls, hiking and short drive to historical places, there were many opportunities. The pool in the house was used extensively. There were 10 of us as a travel companion and everyone enjoyed our stay. We recommend renting a car as there are some distances down to the beaches. Thanks for us!

Amazing home in Podgrade with kitchen

Had an amazing stay, the surroundings are unreal and everything is not to far to drive. within 25 minutes drive you can be almost anywhere. The house was clean and there was thought about everything. the bedrooms where cozy yet spacious. The inside was perfect for what It needed to be. Once your there you will live outside with a view like that.

We had an amazing 6-night stay at Irena’s place with our dog. Upon arrival we were greeted with an AC-cooled apartment, fresh fruit, treats for our pup and local liquors. The area is a peaceful escape in a quiet town with beautiful mountain views. It’s a bit of a windy trek getting up to the house but it’s well worth it and you get used to the route quickly. The apartment itself is extremely well-equipped for a longer stay (extra towels, cooking basics) and the outdoor shower was a lovely addition. The host was extremely responsive and friendly to communicate with. We hope to be back soon!

We had a very nice stay in April. The house corresponds to the description and also the photos are authentic. Everything was very clean, especially the pool and garden. The furniture was in very good condition and also the bathroom was great. The grounds are not completely fenced. Small children and pets should always be observed. In addition, a car is unavoidable to experience or shop. The host is very kind and helpful. Great!! We felt the price performance was relatively reasonable.

Villa Lipa with hot tub Omiš

Our family had the most wonderful week at Villa Lipa. Duje and his parents made us feel very welcome in their lovely house with the most magnificent view over the mountains. They always answered our questions fast and helped us regardless of what we needed assistants with. The house was lovely with the jacuzzi, and we appreciated that you had several different cozy places outside to hang in for dinner, drinks, breakfast, card games and barbeques. There was always a perfect spot. The garden was well kept, and we could even pick grapes and taste fresh tomatoes and herbs from the garden. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. We could park the car just outside the house, you will need a car if you stay here but the beaches are still close and other attractions as well. Here we relaxed and had a wonderful stay and would recommend a stay at Villa Lipa any day.

We enjoyed the holiday in the house for a few days. It is a very nice accommodation in the hinterland. It is about 30 minutes by car to the sea. For this, the property has a great pool. In the outdoor area around the pool, the terrace is in need of some renovation. Nevertheless, we highly recommend the accommodation.
