The apartment is tastefully decorated and comes with all the comforts we think you will need on your stay with us! The terrace is shared with our Romantic Beach Getaway Apartment and provides for a great place to have an evening dinner and watch the wonderful blues of the sea or the tremendous outline of Split. In the evening you can enjoy the sparkling lights of the Island while relaxing with your favorite drink! Our property is located on the beach and has direct access to the sea in a very relaxing and safe area. Best of all we are just 10m till you can touch the water of the Adriatic! Along the beach you will find a number of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and cafés offering typical Dalmatian food and beverage at reasonable prices. The nearest marina is a 5-min walk from the apartment thus allowing easy access to one of the nearby islands such as Brac or Hvar. Also along the beach within a 5 minute walk there is a large 5 star hotel and casino that also has an array of places to dine, enjoy a cup of espresso or just get an ice cream. The apartment has an air-conditioning unit, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet as well as its own parking space. The apartment has tile thru-out the unit and furniture that is very comfortable and relaxing. The bathroom has an enclosed shower with its own hot water tank. The unit is located on the first floor with easy in and out access and provides spectacular views of the sea! Yet, our convenient location serves as the perfect base for exploring Croatia's second largest city or other area’s along the coast. Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.
