They are very laid back and enjoying their retirement. They can be as present or absent as you choose. Their English is not 100% but they know how to use translate programs. Stroll to the beach in 10 minutes and to restaurants in twenty. The home sits in an authentic Croatian neighborhood, steps from a little harbor. Golf and a five-star hotel and casino are nearby, and Split center can be reached in 10 minutes by car. - Direct Bus to/from Split harbor (Bus #30 and #60; 600m from house) - Rental car or own car can be an advantage - Shuttle service (e.g. airport) can be provided upon request - Taxi (1-4 persons) from Split Center to House ~13€ = 15$ (5-6 persons for ~20€) - UBER is also very easy to find and fairly priced Price depending on group and can vary, please ask if something is unclear

In our beautiful Podstrana you have anything you need to have a great holiday(beaches,restaurants, bars,pizzerias,cafes,bakery,markets,fast food,pharmacy). The nearest marina is a 5 min. walk from the apartment. Also along the beach within 5 min. walk there is a large 5 star hotel and casino where you can also enjoy a cup of espresso or drink an cocktail or just get an ice cream.
