Waterfront holiday rentals in Podstrana

It’s hard to put into words how amazing this place is, the house is stunning and unique in its location and direst access to the sea! I was dubious when I saw all of the positive reviews but this home truly exceeds expectations. It’s beautiful, has great facilities and the beds are SO comfortable and the aircon works really well so it’s always cool. We did struggle to get around without a car but we were recommended a wonderful taxi driver who took us around everywhere! Can’t recommend this place enough and hope to come back again soon! Martina is very responsive and Senka was a delight to talk to. The apartment is so peaceful and my kids loved playing outside. The beach is a very short walk, with restaurants all along the boardwalk. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone!

Loved the place. The balcony is a wonderful place to have breakfast or a glass of wine. Beautiful view of the harbor. The location is a short walk from the central historic city but away from all of the noise that some of our friends who stayed in the center complained about. Dijana was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

This apartment is a perfect location so all the bars/restaurants in Old Town but also not right in the chaos! The balcony is great and has a wonderful view of the bay - we had a great stay here!

The view from the apartment was absolutely incredible and we loved having access to the sea. Ana’s communication was also great. This really is a fantastic place to stay!

Amazing hosts. Father met us on the street and showed us in. Views are amazing. This is the top floor and feels like a penthouse. Hot tub was a nice touch!

Lovely spacious apartment with two large bathrooms, very comfortable furniture, comfy mattresses, and beautiful views. The apartment has all the necessary items, such as kitchen appliances, a coffee machine, utensils - even kitchen knives were sharp!!! I would recommend this apartment to a group of two/three people. We appreciated that the host provided the garage for the entire stay - our car wasn't overheated by the sun, and every time we needed to go anywhere, it wasn't like an oven. The road right beside the building is not too loud, so if you're not from the countryside, you should be ok to sleep. The beach right beside the house is private, even if it looks like it's exposed to cars on the road. The beach is significantly lower than the road, and people on the beach stay in private areas. One note for travellers, not related to the apartment. YOU NEED WATER/AQUA SHOES TO BE ABLE TO WALK ON THE BEACH OR TO SWIM. Stones on the beach are very sharp; it will be challenging to walk.

Simply fantastic – highly recommended! Marija is an excellent host. Super friendly, helpful and warm. You feel at home with her from the first moment. My partner and I are incredibly happy to have been to Marija's place – it was just perfect! The place is beautiful, very clean and equipped with everything you need. On one side you have a great view of the mountains, on the other side you can sit on the terrace and look at the sea – just wonderful! The location is also unbeatable: in the immediate vicinity there is a bakery, bus stop, shops, a pharmacy, a fish market, a fruit stand and the beach is only a few minutes away on foot. The harbor is also beautiful and there are numerous things to do. The restaurants around the area are really good! We can really recommend everyone to book with Marija it was an all-around wonderful experience. Thank you dear Marija! ❤️

We had a really great time at this property! From the beginning, Kristian, the son of the hostess, took very good care of us. He explained everything to us in detail and precisely, was always helpful, hospitable and made us feel at home. The atmosphere was wonderful – quiet, private and relaxed. We were able to enjoy the stay to the fullest, completely undisturbed and for ourselves. The accommodation was very clean and well equipped - everything you need as a traveler was there. The absolute highlight was of course the pool and the beautiful outdoor area, where you could relax perfectly. Whether in the morning or in the evening - the surroundings were simply fantastic. We are very happy that we booked this pool house. It was an unforgettable vacation that we would repeat at any time. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house is very stylishly furnished, super clean and is located in a fantastically beautiful environment. You feel at home from the first moment. The hostess was very warm and helpful, thank you again for the great hospitality! A small note for future guests: From 11 pm you should stick to the absolute tranquility – this is important not to disturb the neighborhood. Overall absolutely recommended – we'd come back anytime!

We had such a lovely time here! Toni and his wife Ivana were very warm and welcoming and gave great recommendations on nearby beaches, restaurants, and other things to do. They even had a few snacks for us when we arrived which was greatly appreciated- made settling in so easy! The pool was beautiful and honestly, the view from the front balcony is breath taking. Splitska is a quiet little town, but has several restaurants within a 2 minute walk from the house. Supetar is only 10 minutes away and has big grocery stores for any needs you may have. Postira is another cute town only 10-15 minutes away as well. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

The host was very friendly and helpful. Recommended good places to eat and see nearby. Had everything we needed to live. The air conditioner worked very quietly, didn't interfere with sleeping:) Lovely little place on the shore of the sea.

Super nice and beautiful home, everything was clean. Supplies were provided. Not everything that was marked in the listing was present in, for example, the kitchen, but the most important things were there, at least we didn't really miss anything we needed. Nice quiet area, less than 1 minute walk from the beach and 2 supermarkets and a bakery less than a 5-minute walk on the road side. Split was about a 15-20 min. drive, if it wasn't busy on the road. Air conditioners work well! Very nice that we could borrow free beds and an umbrella on the beach, later even the large umbrella with the larger beds, really great! Really had a nice stay and sweet that you came to bring a bowl of grapes from the garden. We definitely recommend this stay to our friends and family.

We had an amazing stay at this house! The location was perfect - calm, quiet and with a breathtakingly beautiful view. The house was very well cleaned and the kitchen well equipped, which made it easy to cook yourself. The little extra on arrival, with cheese, cold cuts and drinks was a very appreciated gesture. Especially when you arrive late, after the grocery stores have closed. The pool was lovely to cool off in and the ping pong table contributed to many fun moments. Access to a washing machine was very practical. Grocery store and restaurant were within a comfortable distance by car, which made it easy to shop and eat out if you wanted. Jasna and Jelena were available and very accommodating in communication. They arranged both a high chair and a travel bed for us, as we had a baby with us in the travel party. We can only highly recommend this accommodation and would love to return!

Very friendly, great response time! Lovely clean space and it was very spacious for four people. The location was so central and our stay was perfect !!

It is a great place to stay for its accessible location, pristine decor and wonderful hospitality. You will be staying in a heritage site with the Adriatic right on your doorstep! You will be centrally located between 2 touristic cities Split and Trogir making it easy to visit them, as well as take some day tours to other attractions. The surroundings are beautiful, offering a seaside promenade along the Adriatic and with pubs and restaurants along the way that offer great food and drinks. To top it all off, Antonella and her husband are wonderful hosts who welcomed us with open arms(and some gifts!). They are very responsive and empathetic, providing guidance and information before and during our stay. Highly recommend!!!

You had a great stay. Maja and her family were very kind and helpful. When we were missing something in the apartment, Maja tried to fill this gap on the same day (for example, a coffee filter). On the day of departure, after check-out, we could leave the car and the tourist fridge connected to the electricity supply in front of the entrance, so that on a sunny and hot day we could still go to the beach and eat something before returning home, without worrying that things in the fridge would spoil. The apartment was spacious for 2 people and very comfortable. Close to the beach, shop. A little busy street is outside the window, which can wake you up at night with the window open, but for us it was not so burdensome. The beach on the other side of the street is a quiet place to relax on the pebble beach, in places there is shade in which you can hide. Overall, we liked the trip and stay very much.

This is a lovely new apartment only a few minutes from everything you need: groceries, butcher, hairdresser, walking path and beach. The apartment is super clean- my #1 priority when booking. 2 balconies. Private and makes you feel like a local. The local coffee shop is really nice too. Highly recommend this property and Ivana, the property manager if fantastic and answers all questions and requests.

Such a perfect place to stay in Split! This is the best location possible with a great view. The room is super clean with lots of space for your things. The apartment is also fully stoked with whatever you may need for you stay. Would 100% recommend.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
