Guest apartment has a private entrance and includes one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, office with sofa bed, and large sunny balcony. You can walk everywhere from here! It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. Holly was a great host! The place was exactly as described. Very close to the park, it was nice to take a stroll around the area. Although, there were people living upstairs and you hear them very well, the place was very quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend this place to others!

Property was as listed and suited our needs. This host is highly communicative, readily available and very pleasant. To give an example, the cleaner (who had done an excellent job as the place was spotless) had accidentally forgotten to leave bedding for the third bed. Despite the late hour of our arrival, Robert immediately resolved this issue.

A gem, just a few minutes from the Green Acres Mall. Check-in was great, I got in really late, but Carol was there to greet me and show me around. I'm a very private person; Carol wasn't at all intrusive and very responsive when I had questions. I felt extremely comfortable in this cozy space, yes, it's just as pictured. I think that the mini fridge and set of dishes in the room is a nice touch. I also had access to the kettle in the main kitchen which was a plus. Will book again, when next I'm in the area. Highly recommended!
