Exactly as shown & fantastic host! Lovely touches all around the space. Creative renovation of the beach house I grew up with in Seaside back in the 80’s. Very walkable and centrally located to most local activities. Lots of restaurants and recommendations from host. One of the best house rules books in the space I have ever seen. Comfy towels and strong AC with very efficient fans strategically located throughout the house. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee maker is fast!

This place was the perfect little getaway from our busy blended family life! The bed was insanely comfortable, very plush comforter and pillows, everything was clean, and it is RIGHT on the ocean. You can lay in bed and see the sunrise! Definitely exceeded my expectations and Dean was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend and this will be my go to getaway spot.

My family and I had an exceptional time. We really appreciated all the extra effort our host made, making the stay absolutely perfect! The place was immaculate and anything we needed was there. We definitely want to book again next summer and already began looking at dates. What an amazing find!

During the time our house was under construction, staying at Arielle Place was more than just a temporary solution—it truly felt like a home. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality made our family feel welcome and comfortable. She went out of their way to accommodate us, ensuring we had everything we needed during a time that could have otherwise been stressful. The atmosphere was inviting, and the house was just as describe and just what we needed! Whether it was the thoughtful amenities, the quiet and relaxing environment, or simply the kindness we experienced, Arielle Place provided a sense of stability when we needed it most. Looking back, we’re grateful for how seamless and welcoming our stay was. It wasn’t just a place to stay—it was a place where we felt truly cared for.

We had a wonderful stay at Carol’s place. Everything was comfortable and as described. An easy walk to the beach, and it was nice to walk around the lake too. Carol was quick to respond to questions too.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. Our stay at George’s was exactly what we were hoping for! The pool and yard gave us the space we needed to enjoy a bachelorette weekend. There were plenty of beds and space to relax within the home as well. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this beautiful home in Ocean Gate, New Jersey. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There were plenty of activities to enjoy at the house, making it easy to unwind without ever feeling bored. The host truly went above and beyond—not only was communication smooth, but they also provided a fantastic guidebook full of helpful information about the house and the local area, which made getting settled and exploring a breeze. This place felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A true 5-star property and host. An amazing house in a beautiful area surrounded by water with access to a private beach. The house has been recently remodeled with a private king-size bedroom/bath. A second king size bed and 2 other bedrooms. The open kitchen and sun room are perfect places for a family to hang out and have meals. The amazing deck has a beautiful heated swimming pool, hot tub, kayaks and access to the waterway that runs through the neighborhood. The house has multiple tv’s including one on the deck outside. The house is in a lovely section of Mantoloking not far from restaurants and close to Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights attractions and boardwalks. My multi-generational family of 6 had a wonderful time and appreciated Donovan’s quick responses and superb communication. He was a wonderful host and we would definitely want to return again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Home was spacious and immaculate. The game room was a huge hit being we had a rainy weekend. The hot tub was larger than we expected and kept very prestigious. Would definitely book here again and recommend to anyone looking for a getaway . If the boardwalk isn’t for you there is plenty to do here from game room, hot tub, fire pit for s’mores, bbq, and a table for a nice family dinner.

My wife and I traveled for business and brought out two young daughters 5 and 2 y/o. There was plenty of space for us all to relax and enjoy ourselves. It felt like home which allowed us to relax and enjoy the area. The location is near a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and other convenience stores. The drive is 2 minutes. You can also walk about 5-10minutes to the area with restaurants. The walk is pleasant, as the neighborhood is well kept and gardening seems to be one of the primary hobbies. We spent time driving all over the shore for various reasons (work and leisure). The house was well situated and easy to travel wherever we needed. This house could easily accommodate 6 grown adults. Plenty of space and amenities to relax and unwind.

This beautiful home looks just like the pictures. It is within walking distance to the beach. Our favorite part of the home was the wrap around porch with the retractable screen gates, so our fur baby got to enjoy the views as well. Home is just as listed, clean and newly remodeled everything that you need is there except for your sheets and towels. We come to Point Pleasant yearly and have definitely found our new spot. It is in an ideal location close to the town staples Spano’s, Joe Leone’s, and of course Arnold Ave. Tina is very responsive and helpful! Definitely give this place a try!

Patty was a great host! She was having issues with AC a couple of days before I was to arrive and reached out to me to let me know she was on it, and would be doing what she could to make our stay close comfortable, and she did. She also checked in to make sure it was working. The house was very clean and comfortable. I brought a team of employees for an event and we all enjoyed the back deck and yard. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! They had everything we needed in the house and it was super clean and looked just like the photos. Even with bad weather we were able to have a blast because there were lots of activities in the house to keep us busy! It's also in a great location and an easy walk to town or to the beach. Highly recommend this stay!

The house was perfect for our stay. It was very comfortable, clean and fully stocked with all essentials you need and more. We really enjoyed that everything was walkable between town, beach and boardwalk. Gabriel was also extremely responsive if we had any questions. Would certainly stay again!

Perfect place close to the beach for one or two people! Minimalist and clean, walkable to beach, bars and restaurants. Close to several playgrounds for kiddos. We enjoyed it!

We loved staying at Amanda's place in Belmar! I live close by, but I had 4 friends (and 2 babies!) coming into town so I needed a place that could comfortably fit everyone for a girls' weekend. Amanda's house was exactly as described - clean, comfy, well-decorated, and well-appointed with everything you'd need. We also found the location to be very convenient/walkable. If you turn left out of the house, you're about a 10 min walk to Main St. If you turn right, you're about a 10 min walk to the beach. (There's also a playground about 2 blocks away.) Definitely recommend for a weekend (or longer) at the Jersey Shore!
