It comprises of lounge/dining area with open plan kitchen. 2 double bedrooms with bedroom 2 split into 2 singles or a double. 1 shower room with 🚾 and separate 🚾 with sink. The beach is a 7 minute walk away.

A parking space under a porch roof closed by an automatic grid will allow you to secure your car or/ and your motorbikes / bikes.

You will be our only guest! You can rent either our luxurious 33 m2 (353 sq2) studio, equipped for two or this studio plus an extra room, for four (60 m2- 642 sq2 total). The extra room can be added for 2 as an extra option. You would benefit from a 86 m2 (920 sq2) private terrace with a 180° panoramic breath-taking view on the Mediterranean and the Îles d’Or, as well as an amazing pool reserved only for our guests, overlooking the villa, with an equally incredible view!
