Tiny Home by the Sea with allocated free parking

Perfectly located for walkers and explorers, this self contained tiny home is attached to the back of our home, with its own entrance and just a 5 minute walk to the cliff top, 7 minute walk to the beach along with the O2 and BIC close by too. There are lots of places to explore right on the doorstep, many of which can be reached by walking, cycling or hopping on a sightseeing bus meaning once you arrive if you have a car you can leave it parked up on our driveway for the duration of your stay!

Southbourne Chalet close to the clifftop

This lovely chalet in my garden is about 200yds from Southbourne clifftop, 5mins from the beach. There are 2 pubs very close by and local shops, bars and restaurants just an 8min walk away. Busses are very frequent from Southbourne Grove and there's on road parking if you need it. Pokesdown train station is about 15mins walk . In the chalet is a comfy double bed, private shower and W.C and a television. There's a fridge and microwa I'll leave some essentials like milk, tea and coffee. Enjoy!

Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

A truly exceptional stay! Staying at Nathanial's place was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The communication was outstanding — friendly, clear, and timely — which made everything easy and stress-free. I went with two close friends for a much-needed break from the fast-paced life in London, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. The house is simply beautiful: new, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. We instantly felt at home. It’s a perfect space for anyone looking to unwind, enjoy some peace and quiet, and appreciate a home filled with charm and character. Every corner feels intentional, warm, and welcoming. Myself and friends really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed 2 nights and felt right at home, Gözde was reliable and very attentive over the phone. Couldn’t have asked for a better host. This was my first time using Airbnb and I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful location.

This affordable, comfortable accommodation was a great find for me as a solo traveller. A peaceful set up in a great location... Beautiful stretches of the beach accessible at different points, within walking distance for me, and great eating options close by (including vegan options 💚) on both Southbourne & Boscombe high streets. Jason & Tommy are sound and lovely hosts, and gave privacy whilst being on hand, and also gave lots of helpful information on booking about the area/recommended places. Thanks so much 🙏🏼

Great place to stay for Christchurch and Bournemouth. Very clean, modern and quiet but a couple of minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants. The flat has everything you want, from a fully equipped kitchen to an en-suite and separate bathroom. Probably more facilities than most places we have stayed. James is very responsive and communicative. would recommend highly.
