Udara is an exceptionally friendly, hospitable and thoughtful host. The main benefit of her well appointed home with all amenities, is the sheer size and space. There's three floors with a bedroom and a bathroom on each floor, a giant Samsung smart TV in the upstairs lounge which was very relaxing to watch when we needed to unwind. Ideally suited for a family on holiday, this three storey house is conveniently located in a safe suburban neighbourhood in Thalawathugoda, walking distance to supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants. Udara's dad lives nearby and greeted us upon arrival and he is available for any assistance if needed. I highly recommend Udara's house as a peaceful retreat for those in need of a restful family vacation, whilst staying conveniently in Colombo. Thank you Udara for your kind hospitality, we truly appreciate it!

Kumar’s place was fabulous. Jaya (house keeper) was such an amazing help, simply made our stay luxurious. Tuan (manager) was very responsive and helped with arranging everything.

Devinda's villa is very well kept, cosy and we felt right at home. It’s located in a peaceful suburban neighbourhood and is very close to supermarkets, shops and the Thalawathugoda town. We found Devinda's place to be very relaxing and peaceful. I fully recommend this place, it's ideal for a small family or group and Devinda is a very responsive and friendly host.

Ryan was an exceptional host. Very warm and welcoming. He was also available for us anytime over call or evwn a message. Regarding the stay everything was taken care of as mentioned in the listing. The place is well maintained and organized. The location is at walkable distance from supermarkets like keels and cargills and also from public transport. All kitchen essentials were present for light cooking. Bathrooms had the necessary toileteries. The rooms were spacious. The washing machine was in good condition. Iron provided was good. No issues with internet, electricity and water as well. We stayed at the property for 9 nights and we always felt at home. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Suggestion would be to put a clock in the living area and bedrooms if possible.

This home is beautiful & Deepa and Kitto were very accommodating hosts. We had a few things go wrong on our way to the home and during our stay, such as transport issues & illnesses, but they were very understanding and relaxed about it. Kitto was very helpful when it came to helping us use the washing machine & and helping us get in the house one time. He made sure that my aunts checked out safely and got in their transport in time for their train while I was not here. I am very grateful for his kindness. Even though I had not met Deepa in person, she was very responsive when it came to topping up our WiFi, in spite of our usage being quite high, and it was really kind of her to offer unlimited data for a day. She gave more information about how the times WiFi is free & also gave food recommendations, which was helpful. I would deffo recommend staying here, Dehiwala is a nice area. If you’re a fan of drives by the beach on your way to Galle Face Green, you should stay here :)

My husband and I stayed here for a whole month. First of all we want to say that we feel very grateful to the family because they were always willing to help us in any situation. For example one time we got sick during our trip and the family was always aware of our health and attended us in the best way. They also gave us recommendations on how to move around the area and places that could be interesting to visit. On the other hand we can say that the place is very nice, clean and comfortable. We like to have experiences close to local life and being there allowed us to enjoy quiet days away from the tourist hotspots but not so far as to be able to easily go to interesting places such as different beaches, jungles, temples, among others. The breakfasts were varied and all delicious. Also many nights we decided to pay extra for dinner which we must say was everytime delicious and budget friendly. We can highly recommend it staying here and hope to return soon. Cathy & Philipp

The host welcomed us with a garland and some fresh fruit juice. Extremely clean property, including the pool. Modern amnesties and peaceful surroundings. Host was very helpful with suggestions on where to go for food and/or water sport activities. Staff at the property were also quite helpful and polite.

This was our first stay out of a few others in Sri Lanka. We had an amazing time. We, as a family of 5 stayed 2 nights at Lalin's place and it was a great start to our trip. Luxurio villa with greenery all around, not too far from city centre. Well spacious rooms and all available amenities at the kitchen made it a perfect stay. Cherry on the cake was the swimming pool which calls you to take a dip after a busy touristy dayout :-) Lalin and the caretaker was proactive, helped us with a flexible early check-in and also took care of our queries in advance. Amazing place, most unique I’ve seen for true nature lovers

My family had 5 nights in this delightful house which was a perfect antidote to 10 days of rushing around the island of Sri Lanka. It was so relaxing and greatly benefited from having private staff who dealt with everything we could possible have wanted. There is a private chef who went out of his way to prepare whatever we asked for, 3 meals a day if needed. He only charged us for the ingredients required to prepare those meals which included a range of seafoods (e.g. huge prawns and seer fish), fresh fruit and very tasty Sri Lankan main dishes and deserts - nothing was too much trouble and he should be justly proud of his cooking skills, some of the best meals we tasted on our trip. They happily took us out on the tuk-tuk to local shops and will arrange local tours but we were "toured out" by the time we got there. The pool is fantastic (and huge!) and the grounds are constantly maintained by "Uncle". I cannot say anything but positive things, but do bring the bug sprays!

Best villa in Bolgoda area! Thank you for the fantastic service provided during our stay. The villa is a masterpiece of elegance, boasting spacious rooms, modern amenities, and exquisite decor. We were unable to find the location when we got there but Anill(Care Taker) was really helpful he literally came to where we were and guided us. Sri Lankan Breakfast was brilliant. Villa has a magnificent view and just views the serene water beneath the lovely sunset. The Villa was amazing. Hope to come back soon. Thanks Ayesha for consistently checking on us! ❤️🤩

This place truly exceeded expectations! From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and well-organized thanks to the incredibly helpful Welcome Guide, checking in, using the apartment, amenities and getting around was very smooth. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed. The gym and pool were fantastic. The host was warm and responsive throughout. This apartment is a hidden gem in the heart of Colombo’s vibrant city life!! If you're looking for an authentic experience, this is the perfect place. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood within a residential complex filled with friendly families, it offers a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The location is excellent, everything in Colombo is just 10–15 minutes away. The apartment itself has all the essentials for a comfortable stay, but the true highlight is the charming backyard, inviting you to relax and unwind. A special mention goes to the hosts, Dilshan and Sanda, who were always available and incredibly helpful. I had an amazing time and can highly recommend this place!

One of the best places . I was looking for a place to stay comfortably with my family (7) and this place ticked all the boxes. It is in a very convenient place. Specially if when you are living abroad and coming down stay with your family. This place is ideal . You can have your privacy and live with your extended family at the same time 😊. Very spacious, clean and situated in very quiet area . Also you are 10 minutes away for anything and everything. To eat out or to order anything online. You can do it easily. Now about the Host , Shanika is very responsive,attentive and also accommodating. I had to change my booking due wrong schedule , she accepted the change immediately. Also Chaminda and Kapila, they are very responsive and they will make sure that you are properly checked in. They will always go above and beyond. I would highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a convenient and a clean place stay in Colombo for a few nights or even longer.

Very nice location, quiet and large garden in the middle of the city! Large appartement. I liked to walk around to Mount Lavinia inside the small streets without using the main roads.. Shiromi is a very kind person and helpful.
