Apartment holiday rentals in Polis Chrysochous

Elena's apartment is perfect for a couple! The view is wonderful and in the evening you can hear the waves of the sea from the bedroom! Coral Bay is very close on foot and Coralia Beach is a little further away but still within walking distance. Elena is a super kind person and available in advice, help, etc. The apartment is very clean, nice terrace for aperitifs or dinners!

From the moment we arrived we knew we were going to have a great experience. The apartment was extremely clean and ready for us and the fridge had drinks in which was very helpful as we hadn’t had a chance to stop at shop. The fruit bowl was full so we also had something to eat. The pool was right outside our door so it was ideal for us with children. There were lots of information packs on activities to do in the area. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay and would highly recommend.

My two daughters, husband and I stayed here for a week in April. We had rented a car and the apartment not only came with a parking lot but was also a close driving distance to everything in Paphos. We arrived late at night, check in was smooth and most of all we found the apartment fully stocked with all the necessities and more. From snacks to toiletries, nothing was missing. There were even beach towels for us! Very convenient. Since the weather was still a bit fresh, the pools weren’t open yet, so I can’t comment on that. However I would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you for everything!

Great place. Everything was clean. The terrace was big, there was a pool for the residents of the apartment block. Everything was as described. One double bed and one foldable sofa bed.

Beautiful apartment, very organized and clean, very close to the beach, with a beautiful view of the sea and sunset. The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos on Airbnb. The host is very polite and always answers questions. And only five minutes walking from the apartment to the sea. Under the apartment there are some restaurants and bars of different nationalities. I’m very close supermarket . The neighbourhood is beautiful and everything is close, I definitely recommend it. Thanks a lot

We spend 5 days in Sergei’s and Markus’s apartment. It was more than lovely. Even they have a nicely printed book of intorduction, instructions and program guides included in it. The terrace is even better in live. The kitchen is perfect, we could cook and using the washing machine. Also plus point should given because every AC/DC has stickers what related to it, so turn on-off - you can’t miss (also the washing machine has english stickers so cou can pick your washing program perfectly). The bedroom is cosy, we slept well there. There are two air conditioner (Gree) so it’s moders and has humidity mode. By walk you reach 3 shops, many restaurants and the Coral-bay beach is in 5 min walk! Bus line 615 can take you to Paphos in approximately 15-25 min ( depends on how many passengers travelling to different locations and 615 goes to Tombs of Kings station, from there take 611 to reach the harbour - 4 more stops). The apartment is super well equipped, comfortable and clean. Everything looks brand new and it’s really cozy. There are restaurants and markets on walkable distance.

What a great apartment. Amazing view of Latci harbour from the main living space and the private rooftop. We loved staying here. Easy walk to either side of the harbour for swimming, and a short drive to Paphos forest for some hiking and amazing views. Worth hiring a boat and heading out to the blue lagoon for some swimming. This apartment is perfect if you’re looking for something different than a villa style stay for a few days. Great place to base yourself from in Latci. Thanks for a great stay Andreas.

christoforos' apartment of course and recommend! The location is very good and the place is clean with all the essentials. We were impressed that it had a coffee machine, a water cooler, and a Netflix subscription to the TV. The apartment building is quiet and the apartment is very safe. The door had an automatic locking system and to enter the apartment you didn't need a key which made life very easy for us. We'll definitely go for it when we visit Polly again.

This was our second stay at Sunrise apartment and it's so good I'm sure we will return. The apartment is as described clean and spacious, the king-size bed was amazing I haven't slept so good on a strange bed. The apartment is perfectly situated near Polis town (short walk) with lots of cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Polis beach is about a ten min walk, the beach is a mixture of sand and pebbles with breakwaters making the sea safe to swim. Latchi is about half hour walk or 5min drive. The walk is on a pretty coastal path with plenty seating to enjoy the view. Latchi is a beautiful harbour with lots of restaurants and shop. I would recommend Faros restaurant for a snack drink or meal. Last note Fytos who owns Sunrise is the best host I have used. He is super quick to reply if you have any questions and will go above and beyond to help if he can. Thank you Fytos for another wonderful stay ☺️

Nice apartment with everything you need for a short vacation in Paphos. On a 15min walk to the beach and all the landmarks and 20min walk to the city center it was on a great location for us. Near big supermarkets and restaurants. Andreas was vas very clear with his responses and instructions.

We stayed from May 31 to June 4. The apartment is clean,spacious,everything you need for living is also there. The beds are soft. The location is convenient. The pools are clean and large. There is a kiosk and a pharmacy and a restaurant nearby. The hostess answered all our questions.

Stayed here for a night and everything was exactly as promised. Wifi was very fast. Instructions were very clear. There was ample free street parking everywhere so if you don't like parking in small spaces, you don't even need the assigned spot, but it has one if you prefer that. Would stay here again and wish I stayed longer.

Our stay at Marianna’s penthouse apartment was excellent. She was an amazing host, quick to respond and very helpful. Breakfast was made in the mornings at 9am which was outstanding. She catered for my partner and I who are vegetarians. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything that we possibly needed. I would highly recommend this apartment. Taxis do need to be booked a little ahead of time if you’re heading out but it’s like this throughout Paphos. p.s private roof pool is as good as the photos

Nice appartment . Host family very kind: Brought us homemade cake, cookies and also a breakfast plate on our last day. On the opposite site is a small restaurant which offers cypress breakfast. Always went there for breakfast.
