It's situated in quiet location in the historic center of Split. Luxury apartment with one bedroom and terrace. On the lower floor is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, available machine washer, microwave, stove, oven, a small bathroom with a laundry machine and scale of the upper floors. On the upper floor there is a room with a large bed and a fully equipped private bathroom. Grocery store is opposite the apartments and the commercial Marmont street and charming square Prokurative are 250m away. Diocletian's Palace, which is under the protection of UNESCO and the magnificent Riva promenade are 300 meters away from the apartment Koralj. Guests can enjoy walking the green forest park Marjan, located 800 meters from the apartment. Poljud Stadium is 900 meters away and the Bacvice beach 1 km. In every moment when guests need something the host is avelable. Peaceful surrounding even though it's in the city centre. Apartment is in the center so it's possible to acces anything by foot. Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 40 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.
