Größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man in Weilheim, Peißenberg oder Murnau. Außerdem liegt ein natürlicher Badeweiher mit kleiner Kneippeinrichtung circa 1km entfernt und ermöglicht spontanes Erfrischen zu jeder Tageszeit

Der abgetrennte Bereich mit eigenem Eingang bietet auf 18 m2 Platz für zwei Personen mit allem was man braucht, sowie einer kleine Terrasse mit Garten. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt an der Wohnung. Eine Garage(auf Anfrage) zum Abstellen und Laden von Fahrrädern oder Ski ist inklusive.
