I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. Located 10 min from Aurillac, 20-30 min from the mountains, Salers and Tournemire: the most beautiful villages in France, Lake St Etienne Cantales, Lac des Graves etc. You will find on site, in the village, all the local services: supermarket, bakery, doctor, pharmacy, tobacco, pizzeria, bank etc...
