Possibility to store sports equipment on the ground floor (separate lockable room). A convenient location for travel and tourism.

The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. There is also WIFI, HIFI, toddler and travel crib. The layout is 1+kk and is therefore ideal for a couple or business trip. They also like to use larger groups who don't mind sleeping on couches.

The place is only accessible by car. The distance to NMNM 5 km, Vysočina arena 7 km. There is no shop or restaurant here. Everything is close to the wonderful city.
