Our stay in this accommodation was perfect, it’s very well equipped and very confortable The location is also perfect, the bus stop is just next to the house, is very good to explore Edinburgh We highly recommend !

Possibly the best all-around AirBnB in which we have ever stayed. Lovely, comfortable decor. Immaculately clean. New finishes but still maintains a classic look. Wonderful private garden for the cottage. Amazing grounds landscaping means a view out every window. Good location for going into Edinburgh or quickly getting to local attractions. Roslynn Chapel just minutes away. Very responsive and friendly host. This one is a gem!

Helen was a great host.always available to answer questions. She was lovely to deal with. we would go back again and again

we had a little city escape at Ian's cottage and it was really great experience. Interesting area, peace and quiet.. and only 20 minutes drive from the city centre. Will be definitely planning to book again.
