Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Polychrono

There were two of us in Eva's cozy apartment for 10 days. It was sparkling clean, bathroom brand new, wonderful terrace, quiet location. You can walk to many good tavernas and there are wonderful beach coves in the area that can be reached by car. Eva and her dear mother, who lives on the ground floor under the apartment, are very hospitable and communicative. We felt like friends. Hopefully we can come back soon!

We arrived at Afytos at 11am and even tho the check in was at 3pm Dina and her daughter let us put our belongings in the room as it was ready already. We had a personal problem and Dina was so kind to help us out and I will always be grateful. The location is perfect, very close to the center of Afytos, just two streets away so it’s perfect and quiet during the night. We loved the flat, spotless clean and Dina was so welcoming we just felt at home, she offered us water and food that was so so good. I definitely recommend this place and definitely coming back again to Kostantina.

Yoannis is a great host, with utmost responsiveness and relevance of responses. The place is as described, it is clean, and has all amenities for a comfortable living (including new soft towels which does not often happen). We had a minor issue with Airbnb showing an erroneous location, but now I see it has been revised. It is a relatively calm area, at night silence and sound of waves, with exception of the garbage truck which passes around 4am. I wrote some minor constructive suggestions to the owner separately, in simple good a faith; I took the time, because I find him a good and perceptive host. The price I paid was not some great bargain but was reasonable. Now, it all depends how it will change with time, so as always, one has to compare with others. What matters is the accuracy of the listing and responsiveness of the owners. So price aside, I recommend the accommodation and I would return.

Very cozy location, great restaurant right nearby and very close (8 min walking) to the beach (White Beach). Also markets in the area. Over-all, we spent 10 nights in this location and felt very relaxed. Also the Hanioti village I strongly recommend for families with children, you can find places / fun games machines to do in the evenings with your children and all the other beaches (e.g Paliouri, Afytos, Siviri ) are 25-35 min by car located from this village (in case you want to try a different beach than the ones in Hanioti)

Good value for money. Great location in Nea Skioni. Very close to restaurants/shops. Free parking just across the road. Good view from the shared balcony. Can be a bit noisy when sleeping - especially at the weekend. Air conditioning was good.

Good place to stay in a good location. As described on the site. There is a fishing and spearfishing shop in the next building, which was an additional advantage for me. The disadvantages of the problem with the internet. Christ responded to this issue and replaced the equipment, but the low speed from the provider did not make it possible to use the Internet comfortably. And the mobile internet, unfortunately, is also very bad in this place. If this is not a problem, then the apartment of Christ is a great option, especially for a large group.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Great beaches nearby, helpful recommendations and links shared the night of our check-in. Would stay again, would recommend to friends and family.

We had a wonderful time in Pyrgadikia. The apartment was beautiful and everything necessary was available. We were greeted with some food, fruit and water. Foteini took very good care of us and the place is enchanting. I'd love to come back.

Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Communication was seamless and he host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Thank you Kosta

In one word, PERFECTION. Even nicer and better than we expected. Location is TOP. Plenty of shade during the day. Getting into the water is just great, water divine. In the evening on the beautiful terrace, you hear nothing but the rustling of the waves literally falling into the house and you also hear the pebbles exchanging their cities with each other. Peace, quiet, away from the hustle and bustle and still close to grocery stores, taverns and establishments. Locals super friendly. One word PARADISE in short. We couldn't see the view from the terrace to the Aegean sea enough. We rested our body and soul. We made it a long way, but it was worth it. We will definitely come again....

All in all, Vasilis' accommodation is a heavenly place. The apartment is in a quiet location, with direct beach access, loungers, deck chairs, SUPs. It has everything you need. The garden is fantastic and was a total adventure playground for our children. There are great taverns that can be reached by car in just a few minutes. In the evening, you can end the day wonderfully on the terrace/balcony and then fall asleep with the sound of the waves in your ears. Vasilis is a great host who provided us with tips before departure and also responded quickly to questions during the stay. Thanks Vasilis, we'll be back!

Do not miss Themida's house when you visit Chaniotis. We were two families with kids and spent 9 unforgettable days. The place is exceptional, close to the beach and the tavernas in the city centre. You can also do BBQ on the porch if you prefer to stay in the house. Themida is super friendly and responsive. I definitely recommend this place and would be happy to visit it again.

We highly highly highly recommend this place! This will be our new paradise in Chalkidiki ! The place has everything you need, it’s very clean, comfortable and totaly worth the price that you paid! It’s has very beautiful garden and convinient parking place. Our dogs really enjoy the surroundings and the place itself. We were very happy to stay there! Pandora was a very friendly and welcoming host. We felt very comfortable in the house. There were many items to meet our needs, such as an iron, hairdryer, washing machine, and more. The house was very clean, and having breakfast in the garden was a special pleasure for us. Having a market right next door was a huge advantage. We would like to thank Pandora and her dear husband for adding joy to our first holiday in Halkidiki :)

we really enjoyed the personal touch of the apartment. you feel like being at home immediately. the flat offers all necessities and everything is super clean. be aware that the house is not right on the seafront, as we wrongfully expected. but it‘s still only a 2 minute walk across the street to the nearest beach. overall a nice location. highly recommend.

We had a really nice holiday. Everything was wonderful.

Place was like as described and look like on pictures. It was easy to find, directions from host are clear and navigation gets you in front of the building. We didnt meet Vagelis but he organised a friend to meet us for check in but for everything else host was responsive on chat messages. We had a problem with hot water but solved when host explained that the valve for hot water was turned in wrong direction. There is a problem with water pressure in the shower in hours when everybody comes from beach but that is a problem in the area. Beach is close, there are chairs and umbrella in apartment which can be used on the beach. The view from balcony is as described. Air conditioning works and is in hallway which is not great but is ok. Apartment was clean but can be cleaner, stuff which isn't used and shelves are a little bit dusty. Area is pretty urban, beach, supermaket and other are close to the apartment. All in all was a great experience, as described.

A great place and very hospitable and nice hosts. it was our pleasure to be their guests! we definitely recommend it!

First of all the sea view was breathtaking, cannot say a bad word for it, the location is right on the beach and the sound of the waves at night is very calming. The apartment is spacious with three bedrooms and a large kitchen with dining table. There is a great looking green grass between the apartment and the beach. The beach itself is not sandy, its full of small stones but it didn`t mind us at all. There are cliffs in the water but in 10-15 meters since you past them the color of the water is magnificent. The car is parked on the street in front of the building below the shades from the trees and all of the sea equipment can be stashed in the ground floor so it is easily accessible anytime you go on the beach. Chrisa was our host and she was terrific. We had some issues that she promptly took care of and made our stay very pleasant. She is a person that takes great care for her guests. A small downside was the lack of sunbeds and a few unpleasant neighbors that lived there.

We spent a wonderful vacation in Argiri's accommodation from mid to late September 2024. With late summer weather luck🏖️☀️☀️ The property is located directly on the sea and is connected directly to the beach via a staircase. When the sea is calm, the nearby bays can be explored with the 2-seater kayak😃. It is a central starting point for exploring the Chalkidiki region. Very clean, simply furnished apartments off the beaten track. Approx. 15 min. from Nikiti.

We had a great stay at Dafnis house. The direct location by the sea and the beautiful large garden where we visited turtles was really great. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet out of season. The communication with Dafni went well and a flexible check out allowed us a stress-free departure. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back.
