Le logement est un super rapport qualité / prix. Petit mais efficace . La literie est très bonne ( haut matelas ) C est tres propre. La cuisine est petite mais équipé correctement pour des repas basique. les fenêtres sont en double vitrage, elles coupent le son de la route quand c est fermé . Il y a des moustiquaires à chaque porte/fenêtre, très appréciable. L’extérieur est tres chaleureux, pleins de bonnes ondes, Baow met à cœur de bien entretenir ses extérieurs, le coin enfant est très propre et sympa pour les petits. Le logement est à moins de 5km à pieds de la plus belle plage de la région "Karidi beach” j ai fait le chemin tous les jours à pieds (55minutes en marchant doucement ) et la route est agréable ! Baow est tres sympathique, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, très appréciable !! nous reviendrons ! merci

Nice flat, good location in Nea Kallikratia. It was very good for family with two kids. Flat is very well equiped with all that you need, kitchen also. AC is also possible but we don’t use it too much. Wifi is very good for greek appartments. Thank you!

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

Il nostro soggiorno nell’appartamento di agathi è stato meraviglioso. La zona è molto tranquilla e molto comoda sia per spostarsi a piedi, sia per spostarsi con un mezzo proprio. Infatti, davanti e di fianco a casa si trova facilmente parcheggio. L’appartamento dispone di tutto il necessario: asciugamani puliti e di ricambio, lenzuola e pentole. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con l’acqua calda, per cui non avevamo letto bene le indicazioni per attivarla, ma agathi ha risposto prontamente e abbiamo risolto il problema. In generale la comunicazione con l’host è stata veloce, precisa e chiara e ci ha anche dato tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno per spostarci dall’aeroporto all’appartamento e viceversa. Super consigliato 😊

Si vous souhaitez rester dans ce très bel endroit qu'est Psakoudia, ne cherchez pas plus loin ! Ces logements ont un charme fou ! Nous avions l'impression d'être dans un petit village traditionnel, c'était très dépaysant. Tout était absolument parfait. Antonis a été un excellent hôte, très amical, très organisé et réactif (de la confirmation de la réservation à la fin de notre séjour). Il était très accueillant et disponible pour plus de recommandations si besoin. C'est un endroit parfait pour se reposer, ou profiter des retrouvailles entre amis. L'endroit est également parfait pour celles et ceux voyageant en solitaire, désirant profiter de la côte et des tavernes. Ça semble être réellement l'endroit parfait pour les couples car ces maisons dégagent vraiment une ambiance romantique. Sachez pour les voyageurs sans voiture qu'un bus s'arrête plusieurs fois par jour à Psakoudia (attention, départ de KTEL Xhalkidiki, et non KTEL Central). Un grand merci à Antonis pour son accueil🙏

Yannis is an amazing host. Great communication, super helpful recommendations. Really flexible with everything and an all-around great guy. The place is fantastic. 5 minutes to the beach on foot. 2 minutes by cat to grocery shops and cafes. 15 minutes by car to the nearest towns. 15 min to 60 mins to the best beaches in the entire region. Spacious inside. Comfortable. Full kitchen. Great AC. Working space for 2 people. Overall it was fantastic for a 1-week stay. The only complaints are the bathroom and internet. Water will get everywhere when you shower. Not a big problem, just unusual experience for us. The internet was the other problem. It's barely suitable for video calls but fine for youtube. 3MBPS will be the max. During cloudy or stormy days it will cut out in entirely. Yannis is working on this and it should be improved, but I just wanted to mention for transparency. Overall, a wonderful stay. I will return and definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The Appartement was well equipped. We loved the lovely decoration and the comfortable firniture which made the Appartemebt very cozy. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden (our kids loved the playground). The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Ce séjour de 2 jours a été plus que parfait ! Toutes les informations relatives à l’accessibilité du logement, le WIFI, le parking ont été donné avant mon arrivée ! Le logement était plus que propre et il y avait le nécessaire pour se préparer des petits plats basiques ! Le service est de très bonne qualité, le lendemain de mon arrivée les serviettes ont été changé, le café réapprovisionné ! C’était parfait ! L’extérieur est aussi super : Transat, table de jardin ! Je recommande ce logement Il y a tout à proximité : Restaurants, boulangerie, supermarchés ! Merci encore pour tout !

Clean and comfy place felt like home. Many local restaurants and beatiful beaches around with affordable prices. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere and you find everything that you need at this place. At first we were doubtful about not having Wifi but that helped us to stay away from daily time loss from social media and just stay in the moment. For anyone considering booking, read this: This was one of the best Airbnb's I've ever been! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give 11! :) Best value! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Upon arrival our flight was delayed and therefore we arrived late in the evening around 10pm. Nikoletta was very flexible and waited patiently for us to greet us and show us everything. When we came, there was a nice present on the table for us with greek wine, chocolates, local sweets. The place was even bigger and more beautiful than pictures could show: enough space for 8 people and a toddler. During our stay we didn't miss a thing, literally everything we could ever need was available: beach towels, dishwasher (love it!), shower gel, toys for the kids, a huge dining table for many people, pizza oven AND barbecue, a full on library of German books, even pens and paper was available.. Really beautiful surrounding, close beach, quiet area, nice restaurants. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

Die Aufenthalt befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage,trotzdem ganz in der Nähe von Lokalen und Supermarkt.Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber und hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht ins Meer.Marina ist super nett und immer erreichbar.Weiterempfehlen und wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and spacious house! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The beach is just 5-7 minute drive away, which made it super convenient to enjoy the sea without the crowds. The real highlight, though, was the hosts - they were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. You can really tell they care about their guests. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful and well-located getaway!

The house is great, has all required facilities, the living area is big, the location is very close to the sea and great Salonikiou beach, literally 3 minutes on foot, the area is quiet and not crowded. There is a shower with the hot water outside and huge barbeque area. The overall design of the garden was a pleasure for our eyes. Everything corresponds to the pictures on Airbnb. The check-in and check-out process is transparent, there was the host on site at the check-in time. The response time of the host is in minutes (very quick), the host is polite and friendly, tries to resolve the issues as quick as possible (when they understand the issue). A car is a must, there are no shops around, the closest groceries shop is 10–15-minute drive. The house has a private parking area. On the negative side, every issue turned into two: to persuade the host that it was a genuine one and then to resolve it. Summary: a good place to stay.

Ev oldukça temiz ve düzenli, bir kaç adımda denize girip sonra bahçenize geri dönebilirsiniz. Bu bölgede kalmayı düşünenlere kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Bölge oldukça canlı ve kalabalık, yürüyerek tüm ihtiyaçlarınıza ulaşmanız mümkün. Canlı bir muhitte konaklamak isteyenlere tavsiye edilir.

The apartment is just as described, quite comfortable and convenient for a family with two small children. It is close to the city center. We drove to the beaches, but if you prefer to walk, it's probably around 15 minutes. We had everything we needed to prepare a meal, including a large refrigerator and a well-equipped bathroom. The only thing that might be improved is the mattresses, which could be a bit more comfortable :) Highly recommended, and if we come again, we'll stay here :)

Мы провели чудесный отпуск. George и его семья были очень гостеприимны. Наша маленькая дочь почти все время проводила в саду, где была детская площадка и милые собачки и коты. Через неделю George предложил нам переехать в квартиру на этаж выше, где были замечательные балконы, на которых было приятно проводить поздние вечера. Зона для барбекю также была чудесная. В 2-3 минутах ходьбы 2 прекрасных пляжа. На машине очень удобно добираться до Никити и других пляжей. Наш отдых был очень спокойным и приятным. В день отъезда мама George подарила нам маленькие подарки, чего мы не ожидали) Спасибо за возможность провести наш отпуск в таком чудесном месте!

we Loved to stay at Georges place. the flat is nice and streches ober two Levels with 3 balconies with nice Views. the garden is beautiful and you can have Barbecue or relax . We felt very welcomed and would definetly come Back !

Good and cosy flat everything is clean and tidy. It has all necessary things, newly refurbished. A little small but perfect for a couple. The owner was absolutely welcoming and hospitable.
